Its 88 luxury ski-in/ski-out residences range from studios to four-bedrooms and from approximately 500 to 2,000 square feet. Each residence includes wood floors in the kitchen, granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, a five-piece master bath, stone fireplace, spacious deck and high-speed wireless Internet access.
One Ski Hill Place is just steps from four chairlifts, providing easy access to Peaks 7, 8, 9 & 10 and to the charming Town of Breckenridge via the new seasonal BreckConnect Gondola.
It will be the center piece of Breckenridge Peaks, a lively village offering a variety of lodging, dining and entertainment options. The Breckenridge Peaks' amenities include a sunny slopeside skiers' plaza, skier restaurant, lively apres-ski bar, owners' ski lounge, 5,000-square-foot conference center and heated underground parking. Also proposed are two movie lounges; a game room, a fitness center with sports massage rooms, steam room and a sauna; and an aquatics center with two swimming pools, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub and outdoor fireplace.
A Resort Fee of $30 plus tax per day will be assessed at the front desk.

Fantastic property!
We were really impressed by this property. The amenities and finishes were first-class, and the location would be unbeatable during ski season. We stayed during the very low season, so the price was reasonably affordable. I wish I could afford to stay here during ski season! What a great place.

Sightseeing tip:
In Hotel
take the breckconnect down to town, It is a great way to see the mountains and town of Breck. It drops you off about 2 blocks from the middle of town.

Amazing family get away!!
It was one of the best vacations I have taken with our family. The service was top notch, the accommodations were luxurious and spacious! I would recommend this property and the area of Beckenridge for any family. There is so much to do. There is a fun park, boating in Frisco, horse back riding close to the resort, It really has everything.The town of Beckenridge feels like a set from an old western movie.

Great location
The service was top notch. Beautiful surroundings, I loved the steam shower in master bath! THe location of the hotel was perfect for us and a great central location on mountain. THe shuttle service to downtown was very helpful.

THe hotel had great happy hours with wine and snacks. They had hot chocolate out everyday too.
