very ordinary

be aware that they allowe dogs in some units. For example, the people 2 units underneath us left their dog outside on the balcony all night long on a freezing night (15 F). it was disturbing to hear the poor animal cry, needless to say we didn't sleep at all because the owners were not answering the door. The hotel staff was aware of the situation but couldn't help.

Beaver Run Resort

This resort was perfectly located. Just a few blocks from downtown shopping and restaurants and ski in - ski out at the base of Peak 9. We had a rental car and never needed to use it.

Good hotel, great with kids.

The thing I like the most about the beaver run is that it has everything, ski in ski out, ski shop, 3 restaurants (1 deli), mini golf, arcade room, pool, tubs, etc... and everything works great. a little walk to main street less than a mile or take the shuttle, my only complain is that it doesnt has free internet at the room. Ive been there 4 times and probably going back again, beaver run is probably the best property of breckenridge if traveling with kids.

Beaver Run Spring 2012

Excellent location- ski in and ski out is great- facility is showing some age and needs renovation. Our room while nice was over priced at $200 a night. Each unit is privately owned and furnishings/renovation are up to each individual owner. We saw other units that looked much nicer than the one where we stayed.

Free museum at visitors center on Main Street in downtown Breck....excellent displays and good understanding of the history of this mining town and how they reclaimed the area.

just perfect

I have stayed at Beaver Run first week of march for one week of skiing It was my first time at this hotel and I absolutely loved it. Easy access to the slopes and all the lift. Great slope side restaurant plus the sidewalk market was great for daily shopping and snacks. The rooms very very nice and spacious. Absolutely loved the Spa - went there 3x while I was staying at the hotel nothing better after long day of skiing than a nice soak in the hot tubs and massage. The Spencer restaurant had a great selection on their menu only the breakfast buffet was bit disappointing. Overall I had great time at this hotel will definitely stay there again

Skiing get away

The hotel is located right on the slopes. You walk out the ski locker room and get right on the chairlift at Breckenridge ski resort. Parking can get cramped, even in the parking garage. But a great location to ski and out. Short walk to main street in Breckenridge, about 300 yards. Staff is friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay the best it can be.

Spencers is good by slightly expensive. The deli located at the crosswalk over the road has good sandwiches made to order at a decent price.

Great Stay

I had a good experience in this hotel. I was actually upgraded to a condo unit because it them a while to clean my room. The only downside here is you have to pay $9 a day for wifi INSIDE YOUR ROOM. There's free wifi in the lobby though, if you don't mind walking out there.

Average service, great location

Was very pleased with the location. The food was also very good. Our room was a little small and the shower didn't drain at first. I would stay here again.
