Comfortable and convenient
The room was fine - clean and good amenities - and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Included breakfast was so so but I got enough to eat.

False advertising!!!!!
Definitely not what I expected from the pictures and descriptions! The room was so small..if your clostrophobic do not stay here! Our view from the window was a wall not "scenic mountiains" as advertised! Breakfast? what breakfast? (Dont get me started on the breakfast- yuk!) OLD, no elevators, so your lugging all your luggage upstairs! Not "directly across from UC" as advertised!! Extremely disappointed! Extremely overpriced!!!! Not what was advertised! Would not recommend at all!!!!

Decent deal - room had funny smell, heater noisy
Staff was very helpful. Strange smell like old tobacco smoke covered up with fragrance, but an obvious effort to provide a clean room. Heater is noisy. Bed was quite comfortable. Quality TV that actually worked right with true digital picture.

Pizzeria Locale on Pearl. Not cheap but yummy authentic Italian style pizza.

Dissapointed
The air conditioner was not working, we called the front desk and they said they will take care of...Never happened, have to sleep with the sliding door open (on the lower level).

Good location, high priced

There is a walking/bike route near hotel. Pearl street mall is approx a 45 minute walk. Pearl Street Mall is worth the trip. BJ's pub was an excellent place to eat. I would definitely go there again.

Personal trip to Boulder
The hotel was OK. Nothing special but not bad. The first night, the heater was very noisy, but maintenance fixed it. The people were pretty nice. Breakfast was OK, nothing special.

We traveled almost 1,000 miles in seven days, all over to Rocky Mtn. National Park, Pike's Peak, Denver City tour, Celestial Seasonings Factory Tour just to name a few. We also went to Black Hawk where there are 8 casinos built into the side of a mountain. [...]
