4 night stay
The first room I was assigned to had a double bed approximately 2 steps from the door. There was no dresser and a clean but tiny bathroom. The toilet kept running and when I reported it - they immediately sent a maintenance man. He was not able to fix it, so they moved me to another room (next door) which was appreciable larger and cleaner. The front desk associates were pleasant and helpful. So - one bad night and three good nights. It is convenient for me and since I am only in the room long enough to sleep it was fine

Maneger and assitant are very rude
The manager Kevin and assitant Josh are very rude. I asked for WiFi,cos we didnt have Wifi for two days in that hotel. They said I should had reported earlier and they had nothing to do with it.Kevin talked very loud to me when i was bu myself in the lobby, and I left even before I finished talking. He said I was the only one complaining. As a foriegner in US,this is the first time I recieved such unrespectful service. Also ,the stairs between the first floor and the second floor was broken, when I stepped on the stair,it almost made me fall off. we have three room cards, two of them didnt work and when I went to switch the card,Kenvin gave me a card that still not working.

Great stay and great value
I definitely will return to this motel agian in the future!! I would like to thank the young lady that helped make our stay perfect! The first room we had the air conditioner quit working and she upgraded our room with no extra charge!! If it wasnt for her we wouldnt have been able to stay due to the heat wave!! I recomend anyone who doesnt want to spend a great deal of money on a room to stay here for the price it was great!! The breakfast was good, always had coffee, the pool was nice and clean and most of all the staff was amazing!!! Thank You!!

Stay close in to CU campus
I really enjoyed how close the hotel was to the campus of University of Colorado, Boulder. We were able to walk to my daughter's graduation and to many campus attractions nearby. Access by car is good, as is the parking, and we were able to drive just a short distance to grocery stores for basic supplies. It would have been nice to have a little refrigerator, but we knew by the description that it was not included in the room. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Shopping tip:
Short drive from hotel
Several good grocery stores are close and have a good selection of items. CU souvenirs are plentiful and varied. Enjoy the view of the Flat Irons while driving or walking.

Temporary Living
Well I just came to Boulder, from Seattle, and needed a place to stay, while I looked for more permanent housing. My room had a kitchenette, and the hotel had free continental breakfast, so I was able to minimize the cost of living in a hotel, for the week. The staff was always friendly and more-than-willing to offer any info.. Also, the hotel is within walking distance of all the really good shops and restaurants, if you have some extra cash:D

Close to Boulder
At around 7 miles from downtown Boulder, I found this hotel to be an excellent alternative to high priced in-town locations. Clean, very attractive upscale rooms. Lovely pool and hot tub area. And, only a two block walk to Outback steakhouse. I would absolutely stay there again.
