What a wonderful surprise!
I don't think I have ever met nicer staff in my life. This starts with the valets to the team behind the counter. The rooms were the perfect size with a comfortable bed! We absolutely loved our stay! We would have given this a 5 star except we had two very small concerns. 1. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable and we had to have a hide a way bed brought in. 2. You cannot buy a drink from the bar and bring it to your room even though you are not leaving the premise.

Beaver Creek Family Skiing Trip
The Charter is a great place to go with a family. Indoor and outddor pools--as well as 3 hot tubs! The staff always smiles and helps out--no matter the request. I would highly recommend them!

A reasonable but not exceptional hotel
I found the hotel staff friendly but the ambiance of the hotel poor; the bar was not comfortable, TV too loud and the breakfast room uninviting. However had a nice meal in the restaurant. Proximity to center of town and ski lifts is a positive.

Best Vacation I've Had In a Long Time
As soon as we arrived at The Charter we were treated like VIPs. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. I really can't say enough nice things about our experience there. Being able to ski-in and out of the back door, the outdoor hot-tubs, the ambiance, everything was top-notch. Even when we had some friends visit from Denver, the front desk gladly let them park in the garage so they could ski with us. I would definitely stay at The Charter again and I look forward to it.

Great location, family friendly, great room
We spend 8 nigths... correction: 8 wonderfull nights at the Charter... It was New Year?s Eve and the lodge was very cozy, fire place, delicios coffee, all the appliences in excelent conditions, silverware, dinner plates, salad bowls... excelent view. The night that we arrived, the room wasn?t very clean (my son found a lipstick under the sofa bed, and I found a pacifier under my bed) but as soon as we told the manager, the next 7 nigths everything was all rigth. Maybe because of the season, but the concierge seem to be under pressure, not so kind, but the front desk staff saved the days! The door men were veru friendly and helpful... we simply loved the place and my family and me had a wonderfull winter time!
