Comfortable & Well Located
The Lodge was uniquely decorated with lots of original art. Loved it! The rooms were clean, cozy and very comfortable. Although the front desk staff was not so accomodating, the evening manager went out of her way to find dessert after hours for us. Prior to arrival the concierge was very helful and informative in finding good spa packages. The lodge was located in the heart of BeaverCreek. Value: Everything is expensive in beaverCreek - for the location it was fine. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great Staff at an eclectic hotel
Extremely friendly and rsponsive staff. Housekeeping was flawless. We thought we had an AC problem and a technician was at our door in less than 5 minutes to correct what turned out to be user error. The only weak point was an anemic wireless connection but we didn't bother complaining as we were there for vacation not surfing the web. It was sufficient for checking e-mail. The hotel design is somewhat unusual with alot of red paint which may or may not appeal to some but its all nicely done and you're there for what's outside anyway. Would definitely go back again.

perfect for families
This hotel has the best location in Beaver Creek; it is just steps to the escalator and the slopes. The suites are very convenient for families and the service is excellent. The restaurant has a good selection for the kids' menu. I would suggest it strongly to families.

Perfect location
You cannot beat walking out the front door, across the bridge, and onto the escalator to the Centennial lift. Plus, they keep your skis for you at the valet on-site, so you pick them up on your way out the door. The rooms here are not much to speak of, and my daughter complained that the pullout sofa was uncomfortable, but these are minor complaints compared to the convenience, location and service.
