La Quinta Inn Denver Aurora

After driving by the hotel, I decided to stay somewhere else, even though I had already paid for it.

I had a very short stay, but was GREAT! I was greeted at the front desk, and as soon as I checked in he asked me if I wanted a wake up call, I have not had a hotel do that in FOREVER! The room was pristine, the bed was amazing, I would definetly stay here again.

First of all this is a motel. When I looked at the picture here on cheap tickets it looks like a nice hotel. It's actually a picture of the lobby ,the rooms are on the outside hince it should refer to this place as a MOTEL. It's a pretty rundown looking place once you get past the lobby. I don't feel comfortable or safe staying at a motel. Secondly when I first booked it said I would recieve 2 queen beds. They were more like twins. And why is it so hard for motels, hotels, etc to include a mini fridge? I was traveling with my baby and needed to keep her milk refrigerated. The room was clean but the outside of this establishment reminds you of something you'd find in the ghetto

I just have to say that our room was quite possibly the cleanest hotel room we have ever been in. It was immaculate. We were quite pleased with this. On another note, however, the staff could have used a bit more expertise in explaining the early check-in option instead of turning us away twice and quoting two separate check in times, of which, neither was correct nor the same that is quoted on the La Quinta website. Even with that in mind, this hotel was a great value and super, super clean and comfy.

We had a 4 night stay, and the staff and amenities were very reasonable and nice. Unfortunately on Saturday night, our car was subject to a hit-and-run at 2 AM because of a domestic disturbance in the back lot area. It definitely wasn't the staff's fault, and they were more than willing to help us out and move us to a different area, which was very nice.

The room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast available 6-9. Room service for lunch and dinner also available but there was also many restaurant fast food and sit down within distance. Walls were sort of thin I could hear neighbors going to the bathroom. Parking could be better, I wasn't told on the first day there was more parking in the back I just happened to be turning around and saw. Staff was generally compotent, didn't really go ou t of the way to be welcoming. TV channels didn't match up with the guide the first couple days and one channel had no sound. It seemed to resolve itself the last few days. Overall the time I did spend in the hotel was pleasant.

The bathroom was dirty and the continental breakfast left something to be desired. Overall, the place was very basic and a good price.

The price was high for the quality of the room. Check-in was a breeze. The room...after we killed off 13 flies in the room...it was ok. Don't know if the bathroom had been cleaned before us, as there was a 1/2 filled bottle of shampoo sitting on the tub. So it was questionable.

La Quinta is known as an affordable, but very clean place to stay. This location is convenient and certainly affordable. However, it felt a little rough around the edges. When we got there, there was a scary looking guy smoking cigarettes on the second floor above our floor and throwing the butts onto the sidewalk outside our door. We requested another room, which also had some rough types standing around staring at us as we went in. The door knobs/locks look like they've been tampered with and the door looked like it had seen some violence in the past. The room was clean enough, as well as the bathroom. As with many motor hotels, the moment someone starts a car, it sounds like it's directly in your room. I would say it's worth it to pay a few bucks extra to get something a little safer and cleaner.

We came to Denver for the birth of a grandchild, so we only came to the hotel to sleep. The hotel was older, but the beds were very comfortable, the room was cleaned nicely every day and the rooms were very clean when we arrived. The continental breakfast was very good. The hotel met our needs very well and was extremely reasonable in price.
