Homestead needs help!

Room wasn't particularly clean. Bed was old and lumpy, not very comfortable. Refrigerator was noisey. Clock radio did not work. Bathroom faucet knobs were in need of adjustment. Safety door lock was loose. Outside walkways were filthy, cigarette butts were everywhere. Plastic drinking cup had cigarette burn mark on it. Numerous cigarette burn marks on bathroom counter. Painting maintenance was sloppy in kitchen area. Kitchen cabinet door opening grooves were full of dirt and grit. Requested an ice tray to be delivered to the room, ice tray never arrived, poor service! I won't return to that hotel again!

My experience here was "Not Good"

We were just passing through. We got there late around 11pm and it was hard to determine where the office was. The room they sent us to first scared me because when I opened the door it appeared someone may have just left. One side of the bed was turned down and as I walked farther inside I could see towels laying on the bathroom floor. I left immediately and we were directed to another room. It was clean and neat but not inviting at all. The bed, I believe was a box spring on top of a box spring. The floor might have been better for sleeping on. Eveytime I turned or rolled over I could hear the wood in the frame squeeking and creaking. This was not a place I would ever go to again.

So bad, I wrote them a letter.

Dirty room, outdated, thin walls, squeaky bed, moldy shower, broken dead bolt, wrinkled sheets.

This was an ugly lodging experience

I arrived at the hotel at 11:00p the receptionist delivered a tired welcome, upon receiving my keys I checked into room 116...to my surprize there was a large broken closet mirror in that room incidently, it's now 11:30p tired, fustrated, and obviously disappointed I returned to the front desk an requested another room.. the tired, unpleasant welcome lady selected a new set of keys to a second room located on the second floor,no elevator I manage to,ascend several flights of stairs carrying 2 pcs of heavy luggages..but ooops! the door locking system failed to provide access to this room, after several trys..back to the front desk I went. It's now midnight, and quite cold on this balcony. The unhappy attendant arrives using her master keys to let me in....this is not a comfortable place to rest your tired head after long day especially the business traveler. please stay a away from this place!!!!

nice bang for your buck!

I will definately come here again! The staff were helpful, though,I asked repeatedly for extra pillows to be sent up, and they always forgot. The AC had a sign on it to use the wall controls, but the wall controls were disabled-this was clarified AFTER maintenance was up to check it out- the sign wasn't changed. The location was great! right on the highway, about 10 min from anywhere we wanted to go (shopping, LightRail Depot, etc) We stayed about 5 days. It had all the amenities I needed (dish soap packets would have been an added luxurious touch).
