2 beds please
Please give me what I ask for!
I reserved a room with 2 beds. I called to confirm that I had 2 beds. When I arrived at 2 a.m. The front desk attendant had given my room away. Stating that they had a big group come in and he gave it to them. When I stated I needed 2 beds, he told me I could get a refund and look for another hotel because he did not have 2 beds. I told him that really won't work at 2 a.m. [...]. But it is pretty much a first come first serve, so they just beat you here. I asked him even with a reservation? He said "yea". It was too early in the morning and we were very tired from our drive to argue.

Great Stay!!!
My wife and I came to this hotel for a week for our 5 year. The staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast was great (for a free breakfast) and there was cookies every night and a manager's special where dinner was served (for free). The room was very clean and smelled great!! The location was great, right off a highway but not loud at all. So far I have not been let down by the Holiday Inn chain.

The hotel was nice and clean with mostly modern renovations, except the bath tub. Access to hotel is easy and close to Aurora City Center shopping and nearby mall. I would stay here again when visiting the greater Aurora, CO area.

Great Service!!
This hotel is in a great location in Aurora, easy hwy access, very friendly people, great service. The rooms were clean, the bed super comfortable. I was in town to do an interview and the front desk personnel took the time to give me great directions to my interview site. The only negative was that my room was near the hwy and I had to use ear-plugs to get to sleep; but other wise the hotel was very calm, quiet, and excellently staffed. Great experience!

Good for the family
The hotel was very nice, the only not so good thing is that the pool was closed. We really just needed a place to stay while visiting family. This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in.

great place
we had a great stay. the hotel is nice. the employees are pleasant and helpful. [...] who worked 2nd shift was great. wonderful breakfast every morning maintained by a first class staff. and there was an evening meal with catering by local restaurants some evenings. that was a great surprise. and complimentary bottles of water and cookies and fruit... will stay there again on our next trip to colorado

Convenience
The Holiday Inn Express in Aurora was very convenience, clean, and reasonably prices. I loved the large counter space in the bathroom. You can tell that this hotel was set up for convenience and customer satisfaction and a female in mind. I plan to stay here again.
