Don't shower here

This hotel had the worst shower arrangement I have ever seen. No way to shower without flooding the bathroom. Made to accomodate handicapped folks, it is also made to flood the whole bathroom. And if you are not careful, the unveven floor can trip you up. I don't know if all the rooms were this bad, but check it out before you stay is my advice.

Wife and I Getaway

We both had the breakfast buffet which was $10.95per person. The lady taking care of us new we were not seniors but gave us a discounted price of $ 6.95!I thought that was a nice touch of class!I gave her a nice tip![...], at the front desk was also very nice!

Attractive and friendly

Very pleasant and comfortable except for the air conditioning in our training rooms; it was way too cold! The rest of the hotel was nice, clean, with friendly staff. When we ate there for lunch, it was very disappointing, but we found many other dining places nearby.

Great alternative for buiness traveler

The Hotel is close to the Crown Plaza Convention Center, and much less expensive. It is in walking distance. There are also several resturants within walking distance. The pool and fitness room were on the small side, but it was open 24hrs. I don't think it would comfortably accomidate more than a handful of people. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. We did not have a high definition T.V. as our reservation stated. The hotel is close to the airport with a shuttle. There are several shopping centers and a movie theater (short driving distance). We would definately stay there again!

Customer service is topnotch.

The shuttle service to the airport is prompt. The breakfast servers are very cordial. Receptionists were pleasant. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.
