It is a dirty hotel
Everything in the hotel hotel building was dirty and smelly. In my room, the towels were not clean since some of them had stains. The carpets are dirty. I do not think I will stay in that hotel ever again.

Affordable-Stay at a Playground
The first interaction I had at this place was with a very rude front desk worker. I arrived 2 hours before check in and went in to be certain of check in. She was slow coming out of the office and very short with me to the point I didn't even bother asking if they had a room ready for early check in after being on the road driving all morning and really the past 5 days. When I finally went back to check in she was slow coming out of the back office again and looked at the clock to be sure I wasn't a minute early. She practically threw my ID and credit card at me. The room itself was not the cleanest. samall couch in the corner had white stains on the arms, bed spread smelled of B.O., dishes were dirty and when my hair gel rolled under the bed I saw dust bunnies everywhere. Toilet didn't flush unless you held the lever down for a while. There were leaves in the hall that housekeeping never got up the 5 days I was there. Appliances were rather loud and gave me some trouble sleeping. Bathroom door would stick when closed all the way. The thing that really drove me out...the noise. I was on the first floor and couod hear poeple stomping around bove me., banging on doors, doors being slammed. Kids were running up and down the halls screaming.I couldn't wait to leave this plce. Checking out was the only pleasant experience I had with the staff. P.S. Orbitz, you should really make this box so I can actually see what I'm typing when I'm typing it and not have it bouncing up and down.

Not the Ritz but the price is right.
If you want to eat in each room has a fridge, two burner cook top and a microwave. If you want to eat out, the location is two blocks or less walking distance to six good restaurants. Room was quiet and comfortable.

Emergency Funeral Trip
This was a 3 in 1 trip (flight+hotel+rental car) flight and rental car part was fine but the hotel was an extended stay hotel and was not stated as such on the website. Security was an issue all the entrances(4 total excluding the main entrance) the key card would not work they were kept open with rocks. We reserved a non-smoking room but our hallway was filled with the odor of cig. smoke and our bed spread had a hole where a cig. had burned through. All of my complaints went in one ear and out the other. I did not feel safe staying there because I had my family with me(2 infants and my wife) and entrance doors to the hotel being left open all day and night anyone and everyone had access to the inside of the hotel. My experience was terrible granted we went for a funeral but it was also the first time I had went anywhere out of my home state with my kids and wife. I will never stay at any Crestwood Suites hotel ever again.

Terrible experience
Hotel was terrible- linens were not changed in the three days I stayed at Crestwood suites. The room had visible damage from previous tenants. The bed was the worst I have slept in. I would never stay at Crestwood suites again and will be sure to share my experience with family and friends to be sure they do not stay at Crestwood suites.
