Hotel was fine. Could use some updates in the rooms. The staff was very nice. Only stayed one night and we arrived around midnight, so didn't have much chance to get a good feel for the hotel.

Great Room for a Great Price
East access to I-225 and all services (restaurants, gasoline, entertainment, shopping, etc) located close to the hotel. Very clean room. Rooms have microwave and referigerator which I find very handy. I will definitely stay there again.

pleasantly surprised
We were pleasantly surprised at the amenties offered. The open computer access was a nice touch for mapping destinations and getting our flights squared away without bringing our own laptops. A nice breakfast we could grab saved valuable time. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Other guest could have been a little more considerate with the noise but it was tolerable.

great location, friendly staff
While in the area we visited with family that lives nearby, drove over to the mountains and into Central City. The staff was friendly, helpful and the rooms and public areas were immaculate.

Comfort Inn Aurora
We have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 3 years. The location off 225 is ideally close to Denver and other points of interest. We were just over an hour from Pike's Peak and paid a visit during our trip. The beds at the hotel are very comfortable with great pillows. That alone can make or break one's trip. The continental breakfast had a nice variety of choices and we enjoyed coming back each night to fresh baked cookies! The only thing that was missing was a pool to cool off in on the day we didn't have specific plans.

Take a ride to Manitou Springs and ride the Cog Railway up Pike's Peak. Be sure to make a reservation and take a jacket!

The Crossroads of Denver
I highly recommend a stay here for having access to I-225, Denver Tech Ctr, MANY food options, and close access to the RTD rail system for non-driving excursions to downtown Denver. Free Internet access in lobby allowed me to check emails at the office. Free breakfast let me relax on the way out each morning instead of rushing to a restaurant. Only negative is that breakfast service only offered coffee spoons for their cereal bowl offerings... messy.

Short drive from hotel
RTD rail system ends at Nine Mile a short drive from hotel, where you can Park (free) & Ride (cheap) to all downtown locations. RTD is very clean, smoothe ride and ideal for getting to Coors Field or any downtown action.

Comforting!
The Comfort Inn Southeast in Aurora CO exceeded my expectations. I have multiple allergies and sensitivities, so am cautious about staying in motels/hotels in general. However, I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness and low level of allergens in this motel. The first room I was assigned had smoking rooms too close, but I was quickly (and with no complaint or angst!) given another room which was perfect. No strong chemical smells, no smoke, no pet smells. Even sheets and towels that I could use; I travel with my own sheets and towels to reduce skin reactions to detergents/fragrances/rough textures. I also appreciated the wardrobe for hanging clothes and the small refrigerator and microwave. One odd thing was that the sinks are plumbed backwards - hot is on the right - but that's a pretty minor problem and easily worked around. I felt safe at all times in this motel.

Short walk from hotel
Several restaurants are within an easy stroll. There's a pretty fountain and small park behind the motel. It's fairly close to the bike/hiking path also.

Conveniently located, affordable, clean.
The Comfort Inn in Aurora, Colorado was a safe bet when looking for something local and affordable. The room was a decent size and the king size bed was surprisingly comfortable. Pillows were a bit small but they had plenty of them on the bed to offset that. I wasn't too thrilled with the energy saving bulbs because every time you go into the bathroom, there is a delay for the light to brighten. But I guess that's the drawback of conservation. The free wireless internet worked great and had many points of connectivity to choose from. The free breakfast was quite extensive (make your own waffles with berries/whip cream or syrup, bagels, toast, muffins pastries, cereals, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, coffee, latte, hot cocoa machine, and orange juice machine. Most of the staff was very pleasant except for one creepy/weird night shift young guy who I overheard the next morning had somehow offended another customer so I'm sure they'll remedy that very soon. Overall a good choice when staying a little outside Denver.

Dining tip:
Short drive from hotel
The local (and very nearby) Chinese restaurant called Dragon Boat has been a favorite of ours over the years (we used to live in Denver), I would recommend eating there over the diner behind the hotel any day.
