The Little Nell

From the minute we walked in we were treated like royalty. From the courtsey cars that took us anywhere we wanted to the drink service at the Jacuzzi everything was top notch. Best meal we ate during our stay was right there at the hotel 5 star restaurant. We will be going back!

Don't miss out on dining on site! Also, the tomato soup upstairs at the AJAX tavern is to die for.

Disappointed

We've stayed @ the Little Nell each summer for a number of years. The really good are the staff and the services they provide - uniformly excellent! The location is unbeatable, both winter and summer. The hotel made a huge mistake in recently spending millions to "redecorate". All the prior "Aspen" decor has been replace by East Coast/Chicago modern & ordinary. The new electronic control system for lights etc is a nightmare. On/off switches work just fine and should be re-installed. Restaurant is "up-scale" and VERY expensive - too expensive for the quality of the product. The owners must have more money than sense to have spent so much "redecorating". We might try the Ritz Carleton next summer.
