the staff were very nice the room was rundown & could smell bleach or chemical. It was clean but very dingy! I would not return there. Did not feel comfortable & had a poor rest!

Great Suite, Great Staff, Great Price
We are from Monterey and found Best Western in Woodlands Hills, which was only 15 miles north of Universal Studios, and other spots we visited in Hollywood. The hotel was conveniently located, not to mention the sweet upgrade deal to a suite. The room was perfect with 2 queen beds and an extra sofa bed, and 2 flat screen t.v. The staff was very friendly and very helpful in answering questions about where to go.

Best Western Woodland Hills Inn
Spent one night between working days. Staff was freindly & helpful. I had the continental breakfast in morning I checked out & it was good & generous. Also liked the free in room internet service. I have stayed in more luxurious motels but I wanted something basic, comfortabel & knew I could count on that from Best Western.

Listed as a 3 star hotel.Pictures are great on the web site but they had a VERY good photographer.Rooms are small,ours had a stale smell and very stained carpets. The pool had minimal chairs and you had to get the towels at the office ,which were very small.Overall a disappointing hotel and experience.The staff was however very helpful and kind.

Have had a nicer room at same hotel...
I usually stay here when on busines trips in the area. Good location, close to freeway and lots of dining/shopping close by. I have always had a decent experience at this hotel. The rooms are well kept and the property is peaceful. However this time I must of have gotten one of the lower class rooms. The room was not as nice as the ones I have been in prior, and the wrost part was when I went to use the restroom, my toilet was clogged with the previous guests last bathroom break. Not my best experience at this property but I am still willing to give them another try.

hotel stay
Well, this may or may not be a big deal. After traveling for 300 miles, nature calls. When I first went in, I said I had a reversation and could I use the rest room please. They told me, we have none and I would have to wait until we can use the one in our rooms? I mean, come on? Also the beds were like really bad. It I could feel the bed springs,not easy to sleep on.
