Baymont Inn and Suites Willows

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of highway noise given our close proximity to the freeway. There were several places to eat in walking distance. The breakfast area was swamped when we went there but that was understandable as everyone was trying to get out in time to attend graduation at Chico. The complex did seem to lack an elevator for access to the second floor.

It was good no complaints. quite & peace full. convinient location.

I researched and decided this would be the place I would stay on my trip. A previous reviewer had mentioned bedbugs so I was on the lookout. (bugs love me). Nary a one, the bedding was very clean and bugless. The whole hotel was clean. The room rate was terrific. The only complaint, (which other reviewers had) was that the air conditioner was loud. No kidding! This was one of the quietest hotels I've come across, (which I appreciated) expect for the AC noise. They HONESTLY should change out their AC's and the place would definitely get more stars. I did sleep, but was wakened several times by the unit going on and off. Though this really is a decent hotel, two stars on amenities for the AC noise. I would recommend this hotel, but definitely throw in a caution about the air conditioners.

I would consider this hotel a nice and comfortable hotel. Room is a bit tight for 2 beds, but it is clean and well maintained.

Stayed at Baymont cause I was going to Thunderhill. Room was clean. Staff was courteous. The free wireless is bad on the second floor. I suggest requesting first floor if you want access. The continental breakfast is pretty sad. I just went to McDondalds or Dennys (within walking distance) Food at Black Bear was good(skip the bread pudding). Will stay there again if I am in the area.

The hotel is near a truck stop along Highway 5 in a town called Willows. It was the closest we could get to Chico for our daughters May graduation from the state college, even though we started looking in October. We were happy with our experience. The staff was available, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean, of ample size, QUIET, and the bed was comfortable. Everything worked as expected. The drive to Chico took about 40 minutes. There were many places to eat very close by.

Good Clean Room Could Use Fan in Bathroom.

Good location if you plan to go to thunderhill raceway which is about 15 minutes away from the hotel. Fairly standard room and everything was clean from what I can tell. Apparently I got a newer room since mine had a thermostat and my friend that booked the same room did not have a thermostat. Pool is indoor and small but there was no one else using the pool so it was nice to have it all to ourselves. Continental breakfast is fairly standard and we were able to get some food before heading to the track.

Only negative perhaps was TV and Cable. Everything else very good!

This was agreat location with places to eat close by with good food. The location was super because Thunder Hill Raceway was just 5 miles west of hotel.
