Great stay but choose your "dates"
We really enjoyed the hotel the staff and the location but probably should have realized we were booking a family vacation at a hotel walking distance from some of LAs most popular gay clubs for our New Years Eve stay. I'd stay there again, but I'd give more thought to the big party weekends -Halloween, new years, etc. hey, could be a big plus depending on your preferences.

Exciting Vacation
Overall the experience with the hotel was great. The location was right off Santa Monica and could actually walk to a couple places. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we checked in and they didn't have our hotel reservation. Apperantly the the confirmation number was correct but the name onwas incorrect. We were able to check in since the confirmations matched but it was wierd that the names didn't match. The hotel actually upgraded us to a better room so everythng was fine. I recommend going to this hotel.

I order a smoking room what you conformed but then they charged me $250.- extra for my smoking room.I think you guys should check this out.

Great Staff in all areas
This Intimate Hotel in the Center of laid back WEHO, affords you prompt parking attendants; professional staff; comfortable, luxurious suites; attentive room service waiters; invisible maids; good food; and a cozy Pool area. RELAX.......

Great Locale
Great location if you want a safe neighborhood in the middle of all the tourist spots. Walking distance to the Sunset Strip, 10 minutes from Hollywood, 10 minutes from Beverly Hills, 20 minutes from the beach.

Very nice hotel!
We had a nice stay, we walked a lot to the restaurants. Cab fare wasn't so bad. Restaruants were within walking distance.

one nite sty
Hotel staff was accommodating for the most part. Did not realize i had paid Orbitz on checkout. Had to clear up. Easy walking and cab distance to shopping and museums. Quiet with delicious coffee in the morning.

Nice hotel with really great design
The hotel is very nice, tucked away in a cute neighborhood. The lobby and rooms themselves are so awesome that I took several pictures - the design is very Jonathan Adler-esque, 60's, and really really well done. The room was large and had a little balcony and a fireplace. I can't speak to the amenities of the hotel because I wasn't there much, but I found everyone to be friendly. The location is pretty good, depending on where you want to go. If you're spending a lot of time in Hollywood it takes about 25-30 minutes to get there. For the record, there is a popular bar next door, and while I didn't hear any noise at all, when I was checking out a couple was complaining about how loud it had been. I would definitely stay here again, very unique but quality place.
