Highly recommend!
The hotel could not be any more well situated in the San Juaquin Valley. Visalia is beautiful and the Lamp Liter Inn is so beautiful. Their gardens are amazing and very well maintained. The staff remembers who you are by name after meeting you once. The Inn is easy on, easy off to the main expressway (I-198). It is also about 2.5 miles from Sequoia N.P, and 3 hours from Yosemite N.P. Looking forward to returning and I will definately stay here again!

Short walk from hotel
The food in California is expensive. Found out how to maximize a cheaper lunch option when exploring. There is a Super Market across the bridge from the Inn that has fresh foods to stock up on for when you do day trips. That way, you can eat a cheaper breakfast and lunch, and spend your money in one of the many delicious restaurants in Visalia.

It's right off hwy 198 so it's very accessible to pretty much everything.

Good stay
Check in was fast and easy. They didnt ask for un necessary info. Beautiful grounds. A clear blue pool, even in Feb. The rooms, and exterior well kept, no trash or unkept areas. All we needed was a clean room, coffee pot, and hot water, with a charming atmosphere. Very satisfied. They also have bungalows, 1 room with 2 beds, and front room living area if you want more than just a room. I will return to the Lamp Liter in Visalia soon. Good Value.

Most things good. Two queens instead of full size beds. Mini fridge but no microwave. Only complaint is key and door knob are old and difficult to unlock.

Quik and easy location to get to and to leave from
Good spot to stay. They needed new beds in our room , way to soft , non supportive. Good staff and the rooms were clean and well taken care of.

May have been busy.
There were only two negatives during our stay Christmas weekend. First - ashtrays never got emptied and second - a stepping stone got moved halfway out creating a hazard.

Family had lots of fun
Hotel was easy to find and in a great location.Kids loved the pool,only down fall, there wasn't a jacuzzi.

Excellent dining and shopping in an authentic down town about a mile away. Mooney street, also close by has about every chain store one might want.
