Great location and great value for this price
Great location and great value for this price. The only issue I found was that the clerks were a little bit unwilling to attend us and there was a confusion on the breakfast deal we got, we didn't receive the vouchers.

Very nice hotel
Nice Hotel. The only problem we had was that they provided us with restaurant information in their vicinity which was very inaccurate and we end up driving around unnecessarily.

Clean, comfortable place to stay
I was pleasantly surprised with the Airtel Plaza Hotel. Every staff member I encountered was extremely nice and helpful, and the room was probably the cleanest hotel room I have ever seen. The building is older, and with that comes older electrical outlets, etc., but the furnishings are all new. The bed was really comfortable. The airport is right out the window, but the plane noise is minimal.

The building is well maintained even is old. There are not frig and microwave. Char is noise but the staff change it. Parking i not free. They charge 10$. It not in the hotel description.

Spaceous, comfortable, very friendly staff
Number one, as one might expect being located next to the airport, the location is very, very noisy. While many of the guests may be aviators and enjoy airport noise, i thought the jet noise made peaceful rest impossible. Number two, the hotel advertises it's availibilty to highspeed internet service which i found to be either slow or down most of the time. It didn't matter weather the connection was WIFI or through the hardwire. Lastly, the hotel looks like it was constructed pretty well yet the low quality handyman maintentence of the structure is causing more long term harm than good (both to the structure and client's impression).

This hotel room was very nice. I enjoyed the space of the room and bathroom. At first it was too cold because they are the AC on full blast, but it was better than it being too hot. I enjoyed the service at the reception when my husband and I arrived, they were curtous and very polite.

Every thing was great except they charge 10$ a day for parking and there was no free breakfast.

Just an overnight to catch an early flight at Van Nuys Airport
Although the facility is dated as are most of the hotels in the area and the lobby carpet is in terrible condition, we were quite satisfied with the room, the service and the food. Would use it again under the same circumstances of having to use Van Nuys airport. Did not mind the parking charge since the lot was somewhat secured.

Best deal around
Didn't get into our room until late at night, but check in went smoothly, the room was delightful, and it wasn't until morning we realized it was right next to a runway. Very sound proof! Be aware there is a $10 charge for parking, but it is gated and provides a small measure of security. The price was right for the value!
