Awesome Hotel
The place was awesome. If you have to stay in Valencia/Santa Clarita, this is a no-brainer. You won't regret staying here.

It was a pleasure
I cannot say anything bad about the experience other than the kids food was burnt. They did end up giving them a new pizza, and it was devoured quickly. Overall the service was great. Our waitress was kind enough to have dessert delivered to our room, and a bellman was waiting at the door before we even made it to the room. The room was nice, beds were comfy, and we got a very good night sleep. We will be back next year (if not sooner). I could not imagine staying anywhere else in Valencia.

good location
nice area that you can walk around and shop. dinner menu upon arrival was fair. breakfast buffet was ridiculously overpriced. not too prompt on even a la carte ie toasted bagel...more than 20 mins!? two other tables had customers...so what gives there? pretty lobby only received newspaper at our door 1x in 3 days pool was full of kids couldn't even get near it in the evening very cheap towels in the room no body cream or q tips or extras...that would have been nice people look for amenities really!

Hyatt Valencia - Great Experience
The Hyatt accomodated our needs for early check in and departure. In addition the hotel waived a cancellation fee due to a last minute change in dates for our planned stay. The hotel is in a prime location and is only 5 minutes from a major amusement park.

Excellent Romantic Get Away!
I was able to surprise my wife by sending her on a video scavenger hunt! The staff was amazing and gave my wife a gift I left her at the front desk as well as her hotel room key. They even called me to tell me she was on her way up! The staff was perfect. A Beautiful room with all that was needed for a perfect and romantice way to celebrate the anniversary!

Comfortable and clean
We just stayed there for the night. didn't get to do much. just checked in and went to sleep, but had a decent experience nonetheless. pool closed too early.

best in valencia yet...
I suppose this is the best that Valencia can offer. What's great about is it's right next door to a huge parking lot and a mini-mall with lots of restaurants. The room itself was very comfortable. It just bums me out that they still couldn't provide free wi-fi in every room. My problem with the staff was I told them I was a Hyatt Gold Passport member and reminded them to register my stay that day. They never did. It's been more than a month now and even after emailing the website that my stay wasn't registered, I still haven't received any response nor has any course of action been made.
