Usual high standard!
This was a very nice Courtyard Marriott, clean, easy to find, nice room (they changed our room when we discovered we only had a king bed to two doubles) and everything was very good. They were extremely helpful at the desk with directions and very good service overall. We ate breakfast there which was inexpensive and good quality. I would recommend this to anyone. Nice service, nice experience. I'd come back..

Enjoyable stay
We enjoyed the special charity event by the pool-the music was a very nice treat. My husband enjoyed swimming with the grandkids. The rooms were clean and quiet and the staff was wonderful and very helpful. We'll stay there again

great room + terrific front desk
Loved the room. Thought lighting was well-designed, LOVED the rolling table. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. I had occasion to interact with 4 different people at the desk and everyone was extremely helpful.

Great location
We arrived early, and wanted to spend the day at Magic Mountain. The hotel staff allowed us to check in early with out any trouble. I asked if they had any cots available, and they had one sent to our room with in 10 minutes! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have was on the weekend night, we got back late and couldn't find parking on the side of the hotel that our room was located.

VERY DISSATIFIED WITH [...] AND ROOMS
This is twice now that we needed a disabled room which we didn't get until UNTIL WE CHECKED IN. They moved us and the room was much smaller an there 4 people, no coffee pot, not enough cups or glasses on this last trip. On our first trip to Minden, NV they said that the disabled was ordered after the reservations were made so we only had 1 bed instead of 2 and no space in the bathroom to put anything. We are not using [...] again. I know the rooms we were give cost less than we had to pay or they should have.

Nice Hotel
Hotel was in a good location. Room was very clean and had a small refrigerator and microwave. Pool and pool area was clean and well kept. I did not like that there was NO continental breakfast. Most of the time a simple bowl of cereal, muffin, fruit, etc is enough for a quick on the run breakfast, but they did not even offer that.

fantastic family get away
Breakfast isn't complimentary, however they offer a great self service breakfast buffet. The pool area is spectacular. The rooms are a comfortable size and very clean. They only offer 2 free TV shows, healty eating etc.. You must pay to watch basic cable. Hotel staff very friendly. You must pay $20.00 extra if you use a debit card verses a credit card.
