Uh man....

Where to start....the rugs in this place looked like old dirty pool tables. The door to the bathroom wouldn't close. There was an old tv. I went into the office to talk to someone and when I walked in there was no one in sight. I could hear a tv playing in the back room so I yelled to get someone's attention but there was no response. I waited around for 10 minutes periodically yelling into the back room and still nothing. I decided to call the hotel and see what happens. I dialed the number, the phone rang twice and the guy popped out from the back like there was fire. Bottom line I wouldn't stay here unless I had no other choice.

Great Inexpensive Getaway!

This little motel is clean, located centrally to Temecula, wineries, Lake Elsinore and the outlets and if you hit it right, the wonderful Vintage Marketplace at the Oaks.... No complaints, just not fancy. The bed was comfortable and the Air conditioning worked well!

AC didn't work, soooo LOUD!!!

Doin a wine tasting birthday weekend. Stayed on a Saturday night, and this was one of the last things left when we booked. It was definitely centrally located to Old Town Temecula, we were simply sleeping there so it seemed fine. We ran the AC for 20 minutes, then turned it off and left for dinner. When we came back, it was off, and was broken, we tried everything to get it back on, tried to call the front desk but the phone was broken, so we walked over to report it. They gave us a fan, so we had to have the window open all night with a little fan in the window. Also, it's right accross the street from The Stampede, a country dance/night club. The music was pounding till 2 am, so loud our walls were vibrating, so needless to say neither of us got any sleep. Boo.Would not stay here again.

Big disappointment!!

The whole property was outdated. We love Temecula and were looking forward to being within walking distance of Old Town. The staff had NO personality. When we got in the room we saw that the door jam and lock were damaged. The decor was so tacky and outdated. The fridge and microwave were on the floor! The microwave didn't even work. The AC unit did not work either. The picture on the TV was bad! We saw later that they had an old school TV antenna on the roof. There was no water pressure and the shower head was so low we had to bend over backwards to take a shower. There was a loud irritating buzzing/vibrating noise coming from the utility room next to us that kept us up all night! The complimentary breakfast was prepackaged danishes from the local Circle K. The coffee was cold and left over from the day before. All day Saturday, the owner had their entire family hanging out in the parking lot with 6 or 8 kids who were screaming and yelling outside ALL day! I complained to the guy at the front desk about our bad experience and he acted like he couldn't care less...

Overpriced complete dive

This place is a dive. Despite misleading pictures and phrases on the description page, driving up to the place it looks like a two story version of the Bates Motel. Minus the knife-weilding psychopath. We hope, at least. We only stayed the one night. The room is shoddy, dirty and poorly kept. Mustard yellow walls, green carpet, blue door trim and the same "painting" on each wall leads you to believe it was decorated by the colorblind if not the blind. The microwave atop minifridge door adjacent should have been the first tip off. The AC unit was leaking a stain of water down to the carpet. Not that it worked anyway, I had to wake up every five minutes to turn it back on. The shower was painful. It seemed to have no constant temperature, just random cycle and it made a noise like a litter of dying kittens. Save your money. Sleep in the car.

Great, clean, cheap hotel!

This is located at the end of Old Town, so it is great after wine tasting to tour around. Comfy and clean rooms! We will be back.
