Very close to Old Town Temecula which has great restaurants. We ate at several during our stay. The food was great.

nice hotel,but the bed pillows suck!
Front desk personel was fantastic! Quick check in and done with a smile and very helpful. Rooms were very nice except for the beds and the small flat pillows. Maid service was excellent. Overall the stay was very good. Would recommend this location to others.

Make sure you go to Old Towne Temecula very unique and fun. There is also the night time fun at Pachanga Resort.

Couple in Town
Great stay for price
My boyfriend and I were coming into Temecula for a wedding. Looking online I didn't want to go with the cheapest, in fear of getting what I paid for, so opted to stay at the La Quinta which looked decent. Upon arrival we were glad to see the room was clean and spacious. The only thing that we noticed missing was a safe. Other than that, everything was great. They also provided a complimentary breakfast which was really nice but didn't really get a chance to indulge in the make it yourself waffles until our last morning. We travel often and stay in many hotels this was worth every penny, would definitely stay again in the future and recommend it as well!

Country lover
Bed was comfortable, good breakfast.
I was surprised they didn't let me bring my dog. The lady told me the room I chose did not permitted but she did not recommended another one. Bummer, I was jealous when I saw other guests with their pouches :o(

The Mount Palomar Winery lunch was great and it was a beautiful setting. The Grapeline tour was a good value and fun.

Ok... but won't stay there again
Cons: When we walked in the room, the smell just overtakes you... apparently pets are allowed and you know it. The room's decor was nice but floors obviously not cleaned, they don't restock the toiletries, and air/vent system was a challenge - couldn't keep at a consistent temp. Without fan running, other sounds from surrounding rooms, maintenance, etc were loud. Pool was warm and clean, but in an odd isolated location - definitely wouldn't venture out there alone at night nor send kids by themself - located in back parking lot area, tall cement walls. For that matter, hotel is set back behind strip mall which was kind of creepy in of itself. Due to event, room rates were bumped unreasonable high for the hotel and not worth it... had higher expectations and wouldn't have minded the rate for the convenience but had I known. Pros: Again, room appearance is nice, high ceilings, nice decor. Breakfast was nice - good variety of packaged pastries, yogurts, juices etc along w/ waffle maker but the sausage and eggs were questionable to look at.

Just Chillin
good service good price
Pleasent stay, good breakfast, clean room, relatively inexpensive. For the price it was fine. I did not use the pool or jacuzzi, both looked small, but not used much that I saw anyway.
