not very courteous
My buddy and I get there, and they give us a room with a single bed. I asked the front desk for another, she said she was sold out...no suggestions, nothing basically too bad.

Worked out really well!!
We were in the area for soccer tournament. The location was great and the hotel was really clean. The staff was very welcoming also. The beds were very comfortable... but we couldn't get the a/c just right.

Great Friendly Service!
A good friend and I made an overnight trip to visit Pechanga and Downtown Temecula for her birthday. For $10 extra we got the jr. suite! Even though the funiture is "typical hotel-type" it was roomy, clean and had a HUGE bathroom (with a poorly designed whirlpool in the corner - you literally have to grab onto the wall handles and hoist yourself up to climb in and out of it) But other than that...it was perfect. And....this place has a KILLER Free Continential breakfast, with everything you possibly would want (including making your own waffles) I will definately be back and get room 131 again. The staff is super friendly and attentative.

Travels for Fun
Great getaway
Fairfield Inn was easily accessible from the freeway, and although adjacent to the freeway, we did not notice the traffic noise. The staff was friendly, and all areas of the hotel including the lobby, the dining area and our room were immaculate. We were touring the area and found the hotel convenient to Temecula wine country, Old Town Temecula and Pechanga Casino. A great value for the price.

Comfortable, Friendly stop
This was a wonderful surprise in Temecula. I went for a training seminar with my husband - who was not involved in the training - so we looked for a place that he could comfortably chill at during the day while I was gone. What a hit! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the bed was so comfortable (they must be new), the room was excellent, and the breakfast the next morning was very well done! I will definitely return here.

Pleasant conclusion to a happy event
Had difficulty locating the hotel. Called and received prompt, courteous response. Check-in was smooth and my room was immaculately clean and very comfortably appointed. I regretted having to arrive too late and depart too early to really enjoy the amenities available.

Room smelled like mold........
Upon arrival we were informed the room we reserved (2 queen beds) was given to another party since they were having trouble with a sink in their room. The hotel was full and they only had one room left which had one king bed. We asked why the room we reserved was given away and not the room with the king bed and the manager informed us that it was due us arriving to the hotel late in the evening. Our room was hot and stuffy and smelled like mold, since there were no rooms left in the hotel we were not able to change rooms. The room was small and not worth the price.
