Traveling with Softball turnament teams: Kids were told to quite down or would be asked to leave the outdoor sports area at 7 o'clock (area closes at 9). Someone in the area was studing?????????? The kitchen area was not fulling stocked, asked front desk for a cookie sheet was told housekeeping was gone for the night and she could not leave the front desk to check the kitchen for one.

Confortable and convenient but bad wifi
Spacious suite for a good price. Breakfast buffet was very good with a great selection. Room was slightly dated but immaculate. Comfy bed and pillows, fully equipped kitchen, free beer/wine and snacks in the evening. Only complaint was the wifi signal - it was very poor both in my room and in the lobby.

great amenities
i'll start by saying that i fly to san jose frequently. great place for the most part. suite was lovely and had everything i needed. staff was super nice and did a great job. it was more like a nice apartment with a cleaning staff than a hotel. the full kitchen was terrific; complete with a full stove and dishwasher. i get tired of eating out. large closet and dressing area in addition to full bath. separate bedroom and living room. tv's and dvd players in both. good internet connection. location wasnt that great. it was in an industrial park in sunyvale. i didnt realize that sunnyvale is on the other side of san jose from everything else i needed to do. also wasnt a lot of restaurants and other things like grocery stores and such. was fine other wise. safe and so forth. place needs some repairs. first place the stove didnt work and the toilet kept stopping. they moved me after 4 days, which was a pain. and the light in the dressing room didnt work. then i started having trouble with my key. every night when i came back i would be locked out and had to go to the front desk, sometimes more than once, to be let into my rooms. although they fixed things promptly and cheerfully, this is quite a number or repairs for one 2 week stay. and the key thing really annoyed me. the thing that really got me mad was that when i went to check out, they tried to charge me for being a half hour late. they banged on my door and called on the room phone.
