Sheraton Sunnyvale Hotel

The hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was great for me as it was very close to my business destination. However, avoid Faz the hotel restaurant that also provides the room service. I had room service delivered from them on two separate occassions, only to have both meals delivered in a very sub par state. Meal one: Badly (and obviously) burned bread on a $12 sandwich and ice cold fries. Meal two: A mediterranian sampler with badly burned pita bread and hummus with whole chick peas in it. Faz displayed very little attention to detail or concern for providing a quality product and thusly it is highly over priced... I would suggest avoiding it entirely.

Nice hotel, clean and spacious room, the bedding (mattress + pillows) are very perfect, made you have a good rest and peacefully sleep good service

The room was clean and spacious. The air in the room was stuff and had to open the window. One thing I cannot get past is how terrible the bed/mattress was -- I have had better bed experience at a New Holiday Inn Express than this.

Very pleased to stay at the Sheraton Sunnyvale. Great service, clean well maintained rooms, friendly staff. I will recommend this to all of my customers / coworkers for business travel.

Overall my experience was good. While it was my own fault for not checking about a breakfast buffet and free wi-fi, I'm surprised an expensive business class hotel like the Sheraton doesn't provide better deals. The reception for digital stations on the expensive LCD was frequently bad in my room. The second night I came back to a freezing room. Maintenance was fairly quick to reset the a circuit breaker external to the room. The star for me was the shuttle service - a life saver since I didn't have a rental this time around. Proximity to local freeways and highways is excellent. While I wouldn't recommend this hotel to business friends who *need* their wi-fi, it was a generally good stay.

Sheraton Rooms and beds are always the nicest, it was great to see that this location lived up to it... The location is very close to major freeway's.. The rooms were very clean and not run down (renovated 2007), hotel staff was very cheerful and helpful. Very quiet location away from the traffic... Would definitely stay there again.

We had our choice of rooms so we took a room on the second floor. Next time we would ask for a ground level room on the inside of the hotel because they have a patio overlooking the pool area. We saw a few families at the hotel but most appeared to be business travelers. The hotel was always very quiet including the pool area whenever we were there. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and recently updated with flat screen TV and coffee maker. There was no refrigerator on our room which would have been useful. There is a business center with internet access but you have to pay to get access in your room. The location was perfect for us - close to San Francisco and coastal cities south of there. Yosemite National Park and other Redwood Forests made for great day-trips for us. The hotel is in a business/industrial area just off the interstate which made getting on and off the interstate very easy. There were no attractions within walking distance from the hotel besides a grocery store and a couple restaurants. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would choose this hotel again without hesitation.

This is a beautiful hotel with a friendly staff, but they can't seem to get their bookkeeping straight. I was charged through Orbitz and also charged by Sheraton on my credit card. I have called hotel twice to resolve. Both times they said it was a mistake and they would remove the charge. It has still not been removed after 2 weeks and 2 long distance phone calls!

I was there for a very short time so I did not do much. The girl that checked me in when I got there was very helpful.
