Great San Fran stay
Chose this hotel for its great price, even though it was a little out of the way. The staff was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the underground parking garage was great when it rained (which was off and on the whole time we were here). I would absolutely come here again.

Nice Hotel.
This hotel is nice. I have stayed here a few times but 2 out of 3 times the elevator was out of service. The room was big and comfortable but needs some upgraded furnature.

SF/Bay Area Trip
I stayed at this hotel for a night in the Bay Area. The staff was really friendly. I was able to check-in early from an early flight in. The hotel covers taxi fare to/from SFO Intl. Airport. The continental breakfast offered the basics and was good. Overall, highly recommend for value.

There's a whole bunch of restaurants located a few blocks down on Grand Ave/Airport Blvd.

Less than average
Elevator did not work and had to use stairs. My room was on the fourth floor. Linens and towels were dingy but I could tell they had been washed. They need to be replaced. Location was convenient to airport which made this selection a plus for the price.

Visit Fishermans Wharf and eat at McCormick & Koletos. Great food with a great view over the bay. We could see the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz from our table.

Good location close to the airport. It may not be the best hotel but it's perfect with my budget
Breakfast was good but more variety of choices would be great. Parking was free and right on the hotel. The only problem was the elevator. It was not working during our entire stay.

There's a lot of choices of food at Grand Ave. It's a nice short walk from the hotel.

Average hotel...Good location
Good hotel overall, no major issues. Was easy to get around the area and into the city. No complaints...Would have liked to see a bit more variety at the breakfast.

Service (or lack thereof)
While the room condition was acceptable, I requested a wake up call each night (3) and the 1st two were missed all together. Fortunately, the 3rd did come through & I caught my early a.m. flight. The breakfast area is very small, ran out of coffee, little choices for a "Continental" breakfast & the staff seemed more interested to watch TV then attend to guests & pay attention to the (basic) details,
