Good value
The staffs are very impressive. They'll go out of their way to help the residents. They would add waffles mix even though it had already past breakfast time technically. We stayed for New Year Eve, and since the shuttle driver were on leave, they called us cabs (charged on hotel's account) to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. Highly satisfied with our stay there. My only complaint might be that there are not enough parking space.

Friendly staff, convenient location.
Nice, clean place. Not fancy, but good amenities. Desk and housekeeping staff really seem to care about the guest experience. Convenient to SFO without being too close to runway noise and traffic congestion. Easy trip to Downtown SF and San Mateo area. See's Candy outlet is right next door. Sweet.

Short drive from hotel
Head south on Airport Blvd. Hop on 380 and go about a mile to El Camino. Head north it's a quick trip for some decent BBQ, Chinese, Mexican and other food in the shopping center next to Target.....Nice Starbucks too.....

Excellent value
Clean, comfortable, good breakfast with eggs, sausage, fresh waffles, lots of choices, and even good coffee. Excellent high speed free wi-fi. And they shuttle you to the airport.

Gets the job done
Close to airport. Shuttle system is actually a taxi that was never on time, always off by about 10-15 minutes.

The hotel was very near the Airport, free shuttle service to the Airport. Room was big, nice and clean. Good value.

Nice location, Nice stay
We used the Quality Inn as a home base for a active weekend. It is very centrally located making both north and south. very accessible.

i liked it, payed around 90 on orbitz, 1 night
my boyfriend and I were looking for a cheap option for one night, very clean, looks new, nice staff, refrigerator, microwave, continental breakfast, i will stay again

Good for the price, but noisy
Not a bad room, clean. Nice bed. Stayed 5 days. Continental breakfast standard. Last three nights had neighbor playing music and partying until three am. Every night I had to call front desk 3-4 times before they would finally quiet down. Very frustrating.

Good price, decent stay
Nice and quiet, clean room, friendly staff. Only complaint was that the room had a strong smell. Smelled like they sprayed a whole can of air freshener to mask an odor. The continental breakfast was decent, the sticky floor in the cafe could use a good mopping though.
