Comfort Inn & Suites San Francisco Airport North

FRONT Desk staff very attentive to requests. They helped with questions. Shuttle from airport very convient and very good service.

Graet for an overnight stay. Continental breakfast good.

We stayed there because we had a very early flight the next morning. We didn't arrive until after 10PM. We were exhausted and all we wanted was a clean room with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. The Comfort Suites met all those requirements, plus it was very close to the airport. We returned the car easily the night before and then took the hotel shuttle bus the next morning. The shuttle arrived on-time at 5AM with not hassle. It was all very efficient.

I've stayed at the Comfort Suites prior to this past visit. Only drawback is the frequent commuter train (Amtrak) if your room is near the tracks. Complimentary breakfast is so-so but I-Hop is near by but you need a car to restaurant. Easy freeway access to down town S.F. and Fisherman's Wharf area (if you have a car) Would definetly stay again....

Pluses - Free shuttle. Close to CalTrain, which intails walking up a huge flight of steep stairs, crossing a dangerous street and then walking another 5-10 minutes to the hotel, depending on if you want to walk through dirt of not. There is a microwave and fridge, both of which worked in my room. Bed had five pillows, though a bit stiff. Negatives - Noise maker, I mean, Air Conditioner 'cools' the room to barely warmer than outside. Have to hold down the toilet handle to make it flush. Non-smoking room still stank of suicide, I mean, cigarettes. TV is small and outdated. No paper to write on. free internet is pointless as it's agonizingly slow. Door was so heavy it was nearly impossible to close without slamming. Could potentially kill a small child or someone's pet poodle. Could very easily hear the goings-on in the neighbors room. Also, it's called a suite and separate rooms, but more like a normal hotel room that's slightly larger with a couch, fridge and microwave. Hardly a suite at all, and there is nothing separate about the rooms.

I should have considered the warning about the uncomfortable beds. It's a week later and we are both still having back problems. So if you are not sensitive in that area this is a great spot. The breakfast was better than expected. You can dine in or outside and soak up some morning rays. The staff here work very hard to please. There's a convenience store, Wendy's, Starbucks, and gas right around the corner. It was nice to have a frig and microwave in the room (actually in the bathroom).

Perfect for the quick stay over in San Francisco.

The Comfort Suites SFO Airport hotel does not have facilities for lunch or dinner, nor a bar. However local area has many verities? of good restaurants. A free great hot/cold breakfast buffet is included. The single room seemed much larger than most with a desk area, king size bed, sofa and a table. Room includes a coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator, and is great for extended stays. Free Showtime is included with regular cable TV.

Next door to SFO!

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. I'd refer this hotel to all my family and friends.
