Comfort Inn & Suites San Francisco Airport North

We arrived around 10:00p.m. and were hungry....no restaurant. The clerk at the desk was very nice and gave us a list of nearby restaurants.We asked if we could walk. He was quick to say Oh no, don't walk. I mean it is safe around here, but don't walk That immediately made me feel it was unsafe. We got to our room from an outside door (I prefer hallways but this is not the fault of the hotel) and our room was adequate, but felt very dark and not appealing. When I went to use the bathroom there were coffe droplets aroung the coffee pot. Not alot, just a few but that made me think unclean. The beds were comfortable and the bath, other than the coffee spots on the counter were fine. Overall I was disappointed. We checked out and into another nearby hotel for our last night.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Comfort Inns. It was a comfortable, clean, classy atmosphere walking through the front door to check in. The room was spacious and allowed extra ammenities and comfort i.e. fold out bed, fridge and microwave, etc. I had a two night reservation but due to a huge snow storm had to cut my time short. I needed to cancel the second night's stay and they did so with no problems at all. I would stay here again, and will, only 20 minutes from my beloved San Francisco...down the street from Highway 101 to go anywhere.

While this motel is in a good commercial area, it is very close to the freeway, practically beneath portions of it. Motel decor is very nice; however, room interiors are somewhat old and worn. Facelift would work wonders. Continental Breakfast was very convenient! I would recommend to a friend for its fairly clean lodging, convenient to the airport. Excellent staff!!!

Everything was going great until my husband took a half hour trip around Hotel looking for a ice machine that worked. Hey were all out of order. Got into our room and the security lock was broken. Finally time to check out, we went down to get our breakfast and the juice machine was broken. Seems like the Hotel is falling apart. We make trips to San Francisco at least 6 times a year and will think twice about staying here.

This hotel is located close to the SFO airport. We had a 7 am flight. Desk clerk recommended the 5 am shuttle - great suggestion. Driver right on time, very helpful. He had to pick-up at 2 other hotels, but dropped us at our airline at 5:25. The airport was very busy at that hour.

San Francisco can be costly. Located near the airport this hotel was a good value. BART is close by if you have a car but the hotel also will take you to the airport to connect with BART there. A good free breakfast was also a good value.

This hotel was affordable and the free breakfast with waffles and sausage was nice. The location is not very far away from the San Francisco tourist locations. It was about 20 minutes to the Wharf. Free Parking and i would go back. Good deal. Do your own research because staff isn't tourist friendly.

Comfort Suites SFO was a great stay. Close to the Airport and provides a greta free shuttle. It is easy to go to San Francisco on the bart or other public trans from this hotel. Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The courtyard is beautifully appointed and has a spa righ in the middle. I will stay at this hotel and recommend it for my family stays.

Comfort Suites, The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good, short walk to elevator. I wore high hill shoes, without the elevator I would have to take shoes off. The staff were great alwys willing to assist. The only problem for me ,location was not good for restaurants. Having breakfast there was a good experience. I would stay at this hotel again, for my business needs it worked out fine.

My family enjoyed our whole hotel stay, we had a queen size bed and a couch that turned into a bed that my kids 8 & 1 enjoyed my 8 yr old that it was a very comfortable bed. We had a mini fridge and microwave, which we used the first night to heat up dinner. The complimentary breakfast was more then what we could have imagined, we were thinking pastrys and coffee but got a whole feast waffles,bagles, 3 types of cereal,toast,sausage and hard boild eggs. We were 15 minutes from Pier 39 and all the main attractions. The room was just the right amount of space for a family of 4. The staff was amazing and very helpfull they gave us detailed directions to find a place to eat. The location was perfect, down the street was a wendy's, gas and a starbucks. When we checked in the front desk will ask you what floor you preffer, I asked for the first floor due to my 1 yr old and all of our suitcases, She was very nice and told me that they had a few open but it was on the noisey side of the hotel next to the freeway. That was a plus if she hadent said anything we would be up all night.
