Best Western Plus Grosvenor Hotel

When I checeked in for the night, at 1:00am and they lost my reservation sent me to another place for the night. I got lost, Came back to get better direction,(could not under stand him man at desk) It took two hours to fined. Then come back the next day to get my room. I fined out that they charge for parking, For what..

this is great if you have early flight connections at SFO. The staff were very helpful. I needed a room change as my original room had no bathtub, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The free shuttle to the airport was very quick, under ten minutes. The free breakfast for early birds was much appreciated.

I just needed an hotel for a night sleep in between flights. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport and has a shuttle every 20 minutes. This is the only good thing about the hotel, I am afraid. The room was very noisy (old air con, window rattling), quite dirty, the phone was not even plugged in! There are a lot of options around the area, so next time I will pick something different.

1. Hotel staff were very nice 2. Restaurant on site was nice so you didnt have to go somewhere else. 3. Free shuttle to the airport was really great because we had to leave to the airport at 4:15AM. The shuttle came right on time and it only takes 10 minutes to get to the airport. 4. In the morning, waiting for the airport shuttle, they had free coffee and breakfast treats that was very nice. 5. Kinda noisy outside because the window had duct tape on it, not sure it was closed all of the way. 6. Not at all close to downtown San Francisco, just fyi. This is South San Francisco. 7. Price is great if you just need an overnight stay waiting for the airport in the morning. 8. Restaurant food was very good, we had dinner 9. Great price for just sleeping overnight, I slept like a rock but had to use my blanket to keep warm.

After selecting hotel through [...], I found out that breakfast was not complimentary....Which disapointed my family and I. Also it was extremely embarrasing asking about the breakfast, and being told no because of the [...] reservation.

The Grosvenor provided a cozy place to spend an unusually cold night before flying home early the next morning. And the restaurant's chef gladly accommodated special dietary requirements.

The gentleman who collected the breakfast tickets could have been the soup nazi from the seignfeld episode. [...]. When trying to get a cup of coffee, it was "No coffee for you." No mention of what the price of a cup of coffee was.To be fair, the front desk clerk that did the checkin was super.

I booked this hotel on the description given and found it all to be very misleading on arrival. We waited over an hour for the shuttle to the hotel, very unhelpful staff, breakfast was an old bread roll and dishwater for coffee and only served until 6 am. We had to get the bus into san francisco which took over an hour. The good point was the room was fine for an airport hotel, put it this way i will not be staying there again...

We visited San Francisco to visit sick relatives. I called the hotel and the person answering was very courteous and has a welcoming voice and assure me that late check out is okay. When we came in at around 10 minutes before 11, the reception person was not around, I waited with another couple behind me waiting for check in. A crew, I think a maintenance man and saw my unhappy face. He called somebody inside who immediately came out to ask if he can help us when the real check in person came and check us in. he did not even say the usual "sorry for being not around or thank you for waiting" or what ever as a good customer service practice. Over all our stay is quiet, we even have our breakfast at the hotel even if it's not complimentary because the breakfast is good and reasonably priced.
