A good hotel, close to the airport. The staff provides you with a printed schedule of shattles. Shattles are free. It's also good to use shattles to get to the SFO and then go by BART to downtown and back. I liked the restaurant a lot.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Good place to stay if you're just looking for a quick overnight airport hotel. Shuttle service every 20 minutes. Ran on time.

My stay here was okay. It.is nice and close to the airport. I think I was out the door, through security, and to my gate in about 20 minutes. However, the fact that they charged people residing there a parking fee seemed to me a little ridiculous. I could see issuing a parking pass, but to charge customers to park in their own lot; come on. Bake it into the price of the room if your gonna do that, but nickel and dime your customers. Next time I come to San Francisco, I will probably opt to stay at another hotel that is a little less convenient to the airport to save on the extras. I also found that the was limited options around the hotel for shopping, and dining. Fortunately, I had a car. It took me 15 minutes of sit-sagging through town to get to the closest pharmacy. Bottom line, get online and use a internet map, and figure out what you might need around a hotel before you book it. This was a lesson learned for me.

Just a one night stay for early departure. Facilities wise everything fine; just marred by checking in clerk who failed to give us the requested upgrade to a two bed room (upgrade) and failed to apologize when we had to return 8 floors for a new room assignment. Errors are understandable, lack of apology not.

This is like a cheap motel on the highway, needs renovation and definetely not worth for the money. Pros: Close to airport, free shuttle to/from airport Cons: Dirty Rooms, Stinking corridors, bathroom not clean, old SD TV, Value for the money, broken furniture, dirty linens and bed sheets.

We just stayed here because it was close to the airport, therefore easier to catch our morning flight back home. Rate was low, hotel was comfortable, service was friendly and helpful. Just a plain good night's stay. It did the job. If I were in the same situation again, I would pick this one again. OK, so one small complaint: we were on the 6th floor and our window was VERY loud and drafty. However, it wasn't cold and we were so tired I don't think we really cared that much. Overall, good stay!

Good clean comfortable basic accomodations convenient to airport, freeway, Candlestick and downtown.

Our standard hotel for the night before an early AM departure from SFO. Shuttle is dependable. Hotel is now charging for parking. Rental car return is between the hotel and SFO Airport, served by AirTrain to all terminals. Can turn in car early and take AirTrain to Terminals and shuttle back to hotel. IF w/o car and going into SF, take shuttle to International Terminal and take BART (rapid transit) into SF. Reverse instructions for return to hotel.

It was Ok but not great...can hear people in other room, door are not closing quitely at night. For the price, may be OK. I enjoyed other B.W. in Canada-Yukon territiry.
