Budget and nearby stateline casinos/beach. Across from 24 hour 7 Eleven, about 5 min walk to stateline.. Ice is 25 cents, AC works, cable TV and, I was told, free Wi-fi. Friendly mgmt. Nexr to a Raley's superstore and all kinds of SLT shops/restaurants. Refrigerator (real one) in my room.

This inn was disgusting! It was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. The staff was nice but we had to ask for new sheets because there was hair in the ones that were there. U would never book here again.

Travelers Inn and Suites South Lake Taho
Shady, Shady, Shady. When we arrived, a man standing on the balcony just stared at us as we unlocked the door. Then, our door wouldn't lock completely. There was also a furry toilet seat cover on the toilet, and there were pillow shams rather than pillow cases on the pillows-- probably none of which had been washed in recent history. It was super close to Heavenly though.

It's a [*] dive!!!!
First of all, it is more like 1000 Yards not 200 to the casinos. The room is disgusting, there was no soap or shampoo the heater didn't work and there was no parking due to the snow build up in the parking lot. I thought it might be worth the price, I was wrong!!!! Pay the extra 20$ and get a better room.

Lake tahoe
My husband and I went to travel with our friends to South Lake tahoe. The place we stayed in was in the heart of city where almost the things you wanted to go to was like walking distance. They were shopping centers, convinient stores and restaurants around. The hotel was just average and looks like an old bulding but fair enough to have the necessities you need. It was really snowing that day but it was a beautiful scene around since this is the first time we experience real snow. I would rate the place great but the hotel average.

Tahoe trip
Price is great for overnight stays. Also great for storing items while exploring the back country in the Tahoe area.

Anniversay Getaway
My Husband and I went there for Our 10 Year Anniversary. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean but needs some beautifing to be done

if price is important--
People were pleasant. The room was adequate, but just. Paint, carpeting, fixtures need upgrading. Useful simple amenities were included. A bed lamp needed repair and the bathroom gets a B- for readiness for a new client. It shows its age and compared to other local accommodations, it suffers by comparison. If the price is important, it is quiet and servicable for one night's stay but you wouldn't want to spend any extra time in the room.

We had a Wonderful Time!
We went to South Lake Tahoe for a wedding, but ended up staying 2 extra nights because we were having such a wonderful time and the price/location of the hotel was great!

Good trip
The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were spotless. The bed was comfortable and nice. It was in close proximity to many shops and some casinos. I would stay there again.

Murphy's Pub and Rockshore Restaurant. Very good food and service. Lots of food for the price you pay. You truly get what you pay for. Delicious!
