Worst Check-in EVER!

The check-in process took 45 minutes. The man behind the counter was more interested in having a conversation in Spanish about where to buy weed, then to get through the line quickly. I was late to a meeting because it took so long for check-in. The rooms are clean, however they are old, and have not been updated since the mid-70s I'm guessing. Light shining through the window curtains reflected off the mirrored wall, making sleep a little difficult once the sun came up. It was quiet, however, and the location is ideal. Just try to avoid checking in at 3:00.

is not 4star

The room was ok, but could see some things, that had been repaired and not finished. the refrig in the room made nois. the beds where hard. We went to the hot tub and was afraid to get in. it had a real bad smell and the water was durty. The pool was ok. the location was good. we should have gone to Harvey's for $25 more.

OK but overpriced

Although the hotel has a great location close to the Gondolas & Harrah's & Harvey's, and other shopping. The rooms were small and cramped. The noise from outside could be loud at times and the paking is limited. This is not a bad place but it seems overpriced for what we got. That may be typical though for the Tahoe area as a whole

Good Deal

This small hotel is on a back street near stateline. Lots of shops and activities are within walking distance, as is the lake. The hotel is clean and cute and the staff is friendly and helpful. They provided lots of amenities included in the price of the room: internet, breakfast, and passes to a beach on the lake a few blocks away. We would definitely stay there again.

Close to Everything

We went to South Lake Tahoe to gamble and have a fun weekend. We loved the fact that our hotel was only about a block away from the Casinos. We walked everywhere, just as we had wanted. Close to the beach as well.
