Great Quick Trip Stay
Stayed here last year & decided to come back because my experience was very good. Wasn't disappointed. This hotel is in a great location if you want to be close to skiing, gambling or the lake but don't want the casino atmosphere or price. Rooms are clean & are roomy. Staff is very friendly & hospitable. I would recommend it to a friend.

Get what you pay for
This lodge was one of the less expensive places for Presidents' wknd, but what i didn't pay for was a quieter fridge and heater/AC fan. We couldn't sleep with both noises going...the heater/AC we can turn off, but the fridge, maybe, if you don't mind tossing out all your food/milk in the morning... location was fine depending where you're going. This was close enough to Harrah's, Harvey's, and the grocery store, jic. The bathroom was adequately functional.

Nice family hotel
We like the hotel. We'v brought a little bird and they didn't charge us for it as they do for any other pet. We'd recommend to stay there. The location is perfect. Walking distance from everywhere you need and still very quite. We'd stay there again.

Perfect location, access to great beach
I had no idea what South Lake Tahoe was like when I made the reservation, but this motel is ideally located. It is right between the Heavenly Resort and Gondola, and a beautiful private beach. Free parking, free wi-fi, a basic continental breakfast. Close to shopping, restaurants of all types, and casinos. Staff were friendly, room was clean, we were totally satisfied with our stay there.

Just ok.
Room smelled a little. Bed sheet was torn at one side. But the staff was very helpful. The location was very close to casinos and the shopping area...perfect walking distance.

Location...redeeming quality
Overpriced for the quality...excepting the location. I honestly think you can get sick from staying inside the room for more than 2 nights. I always try to give the "benefit of the doubt", just in case reviews are made due to just plain dissatisfaction. I am being objective, I gave it 2 stars bec. people need their jobs, a place to stay and the location. It was a very "humbling" experience... bec. of poor planning...I owe my family big time.

GREAT location, clean and friendly staff
Stayed here over Labor day weekend. The location is super prime and so freaking close to all the Casinos and the Lake. We literally walked everywhere and it was not bad at all. It was about 2 blocks to the main strip and about a 5 min walk down to the Lake. I would totally recommend this place and stay here again. The beds could have been more comfortable for sure, but everything else made up for it.

Heavenly Location
Good, hotel/motel was fine. The great thing was it's location near the Heavenly Gondola and Casinos. Perfect for winter and summer fun.
