Large room and large bathroom, very quiet too. Perfect location with a tasty breakfast. Recommend

the location was excellent, close to grocery store, restaurants,shops. close to casino's. The front desk hospitality was excellent, the continental breakfast was great. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We will always stay there when we go back.

Spent two days snowboarding. Comfortable room with large bathroom and large bed. Does not have a ski room so you have to take your gear into your room which I thought was odd.

Everything about this hotel is good... if not great. As a business traveler I am used to luxury so was not expecting good things from this experience. I was wrong. We went with another family with 2 small children and we got the "penthouse" of the facility (rooms 421 & 422). It was perfect. 1 room with king bed and the other with 2 queens. Location to gondola at Heavenly couldn't be better. Free breakfast was all that you can ask for to get ready for the slopes. The staff was so nice (everyone at Heavenly has gotten customer service training!). The rooms clean, well appointed and roomy. No complaints and while it's not the Ritz, it's certainly a very fine way to spend a weekend with children when you are mostly on the slopes. Great location! Nothing to complain about except that there were no chocolates on the pillows:)

My adult son and I were in Tahoe for some skiing, arriving late on a Thursday. We were greeted by a friendly staff person near midnite. Chose this hotel because it was seemingly the only one which allowed the choice of bed size; others said king or two queens. We wanted separate beds. It was a good choice! Staff was friendly; parking convenient. Centrally located, stores, restaurants, coffee shops are nearby. Hotel well located for skiing at Heavenly Valley as you can walk to the gondola. The breakfast was far more than expected and included pancakes, french toast, eggs, sausage/bacon, doughnuts, cereal, bagel, coffee, hot chocolate, juice. Why not five stars? Because plumbing woke me up in the morning from the occupants in the adjoining rooms getting an early start. If it weren't for that! Although my son slept through it, I didn't. Would this keep me from a future visit? No, just might bring ear plugs next time.

Great place to stay. Clean, Easily Accessible, Close to shopping and snowplay areas. Only downside was the parking and slow internet speed. Either not enough parking or areas was covered in snow, blocking parking area. Recommend assigned parking especially when it gets crowded and people are parking 3 or 4 vehicles for 1 room. No comment on the Internet Speed.

Holiday Inns have always been a favorite of ours and this time wasnt any different. My wife and i needed a break and fast. The staff made it possible and we were able to enjoy a weekend together stress free.

Perfect for family trip or a getaway with your others. Close to casinos, shopping, and skiing. For the location you cant get any better for the price. Very Clean.

We enjoyed the pleasant and clean rooms. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in suggesting places to eat and giving us road conditions. Our son was getting married and it was great to be able to get together with family for breakfast each morning! They also changed rooms so our son and his beautiful wife would not be next door to us!!! Thank you for a great weekend.
