good location in town
Clean rooms. prompt maid service. very average buffet breakfast (nothing to brag about). The spa which was one of the factors in choosing this property was closed. Very disappointing. Room rate was not as fabulous as l was led to believe (there were guests checking in at nearly $125 less than I paid for equivalent room)

A great intro to our holiday
We got off a plane very jet lagged and needed a good comfort stop for our first night. And we got it. The town is gloriously quaint and the accom is very close to the main township. A short stroll found us in the heart. Great food in the restaurant for dinner that night and creative with fresh ingredients. Would go there again and plan to visit as we had such a great time.

Nice Hotel with a Great Location
Beautifully remodeled hotel in a great location. You can literally walk anywhere you want to go in Solvang. The hotel also features a really wonderful restaurant that one of the highlights or our stay!

Comfortable family vacation
Rooms - Very nice rooms with good beds. Slight road noise during early hours. Breakfast was very good. Staff - Not very forthcoming with information. We had to ask for the discounted winery list. Convenient location. We could walk to town

Excelent hotel
Our stay with the hotel was very short, only one night and we did not try the complimentary breakfast. It was very enjoyable though, having an electric fireplace was very nice. WiFi worked fine. The room was large nice looking and had everything we needed. My only complain is that our room was a little close to the road and there was a lot of noise from the road. Also we had quite noisy neighbors, but I guess this is not hotel's fault. If our room had better noise isolation I would give 5 stars.

Really nice place.
The hotel was really nice; room decor beautiful with comfortable beds & upscale bedding. Free breakfast plus wine & cheese were great! Only downside was traffic noise from road. Not unbearable, however.

So nice the kids even noticed
We were there for personal business and Hadsten House worked perfect. They have the best complimentary breakfast ever! The restaurant was great. A full bar would have been the only thing to add. This will be a winter spot to return to with the indoor pool, outdoor fireplaces and spa. It also has great access to Solvang as well.

Quaint in a trendy French way
[...] This is a little gem! What a surprise. Years ago I stayed here and was not impressed. This hotel has been thoroughly remodeled and it is surprisingly adorable. I love the French decor, everything well thought out and comfortable. The old fashioned phone next to the modern flat screen, how did you pull that off so perfectly? Lovely spot for a romantic getaway and not too expensive for the traveling salesperson. Can't wait to see what I have in store for breakfast...I don't think I will be disappointed! Bon nuit!
