Street Construction Outside My Window
Construction s/b disclosed & $260 rate discounted for inconvenience. Outside my room, jackhammers etc 11PM to 6AM. So loud couldn't hear phone! Hotel gave me free ear plugs, that's it. Business travel; NEEDED my sleep. Things happen but disappointed it wasn't handled well.

a little pricey for what you get
average hotel for the price. location is good and central, but the free wi fi is pretty slow, the parking is a bit crowded and expensive and the elevators are slow. There is better value out the for the $$

Quality Service and a good price
Visited with relatives. Better lighting in the bathroom (mirror) Very nice, clean, quiet accomadations. Excellent service.

One Busy Mom
Wonderful location!
My 2 sons and I were there for a family event. Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The ladies in the dining room were exceptional, very professional and very friendly. The room was clean and inviting. The exercise room met our needs as well. This was a pleasure trip and the location was perfect for us, easy access to the freeway and close to my family and the event.

Get up early enough to have breakfast downstairs, they serve until 11:00. The portions were very reasonable and the dining facility is convenient.

Competent and clean
Fine, comfortable. Bathtub a bit rusty, but all else fine. Be ready for traffic noise on the west-side rooms.

Excellent Stay
The room was very attractive, clean, and comfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal to freeways as well as walking distance to several fine restaurants. I had breakfast in the hotel every morning, and both the service and the food were excellent. I will return to this hotel on my next visit to the Los Angeles area.

I cannot say enough about oue wonderful stay at the Courtyard Marroitt/Sherman Oaks!!! The hotel staff from the front desk to the maid service was outstanding!!! Anytime we passed a hotel employee we were always greeted with a huge smile and asked if there was anything that we needed!!!!!
