Convenient basic motel
We stayed there a few years ago when it was a Quality Inn. It has deteriorated somewhat, but it is still a clean, inexpensive place to stay while passing through Santa Rosa.

OK place to stay
We stayed at the Hotel for three nights for the Wine Road Event. The location was good since it is right on 101 and close to most Wineries. The rooms were fine except the sink right in the room and not in bath. The free breakfast was fair not good and over at 9AM on Friday. We had little interaction with the staff but their appearance was very poor. (sloppy and unprofessional). Overall it was a good value since our rate was very low. Just slightly above a motel six.

Santa Rosa Vagabond
We had a king size bed room with a microwave & refrigerator. The maid was sweet and accomodating if we needed more towels, ect. The continental breakfast was sufficient with cerals, pastries, juices, fruit, ect. As a suggestion they need to replace hall way carpets, it would make a big different in the appearance of the inn.

We had to ask for towels and shampoo. Floor not clean. No coffee maker or coffee first day. Room noisey!

Less than expected
Came to stay the night before the Levis Gran Fondo in Santa Rosa. The room was okay. But it came without towels. The shower water pressure was only a few drips, there was a hole in the ceiling and the toilet handle was broken. Other than that it was ok except for the all night party in the hallway. Won't be staying here again

The place was easy to fined. The room was a handicap room witch was a bit strang, it had a big cold shower that you could roll a wheel chair into. Not very inviting. There was makeup on the wall by the sink that could have been washed off easily & no towels. The pool was freezing too could even get in it to cold.

Excellent Value!
My expectations were exceeded by the very comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, quiet room, possible due to considerate neighbors; overall I would defintely stay here on my next trip to Santa Rosa and area! Yes, it's close to the highway and traffic noise is audible, but coming from San Francisco, with 1000 sirens/horns/ etc., it was virtually peaceful, the roar of the diesel engine....
