Hilton Garden Inn Sonoma County Airport

We stayed one night for a balloon ride, and I didnt feel welcome, location was good and thats about it. My last trip that I booked with Cheap Tickets was great they went above and beyond with customer service and it was a very busy weekend.

Maybe they knew we were going to write a review, but we got three ice cold water bottles upon arrival. The lobby was immaculate and beautifully designed. The room was clean and nicely appointed. We had to squeeze in a rollaway for my son, since they did not have two beds for the 3 of us. The breakfast was delicious and the most outstanding feature of this hotel is the friendliness of the staff. My back was a little sore in the morning, but could that be because I helped my daughter move in to her college dorm the day before? :)

just as expected from Garden Inn. Clean room. Wireless was flaky though.

My second time at the hotel. I can highly recommend it.

These folks are Fantastic! With my review I only would downgrade the stars for the reasons of the small indoor pool and small workout room, however, that's subject to personal taste obviously. For me doing a simple workout on site is all I really need anyway. I save my bigger workout for the hills, the rock cliffs, and the trails. After that, simply OUTSTANDING! The folks that make this place run smooth each day are my main reason for returning each time. They just perform fantastic with smiles, warm welcomes and good conservation every occasion. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and quiet. The hotel front room, restaurant, and overall property grounds are gorgeous. From the biz travelers to weekend wine warriors, this is the place to be!

This is a new, very nice hotel. Beds are heavenly, sheets perfect. HDTV which is a nice bonus if you don't have it at home yet. Close to everything, a movieplex next door with 12 theatres! Starbucks around the corner, a great restaurant in the hotel and homemade cookies free in the afternoon. A couple of small restaurants very close by, nothing outstanding but adequate...great jumping off place to head North to Healdsburg or West to the Russian River, you can't miss! The only suggestion I could make is to ask for a room facing the pond because my room 302 was next to a boulevard which was fine at night but in the morning if you wanted your windows open it got a little noisy. That is the only negative I have, great new, clean, nice place to stay!

The hotel was excellent and the front desk personnel were great...especially [...] who went out of her way to assist us. She helped us when we found that the room we were given had only one bed...she was quick to find us one with two queen beds, she found us several wineries and provided us with no-cost coupons. The food/bar manager and wait staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well. I certainly recommend this hotel and will stop there again. My highest rating.

The staff was so caring and helpful. This is a great place to stay. I'd highly recommend this to everyone. The beds are so comfortable because they are adjustable. Wish we had more time to take advantage of the amenities.
