Right location, right price
I was attending a conference at the (much pricier) Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel and Spa and stayed at the Courtyard as a budget choice. The Hyatt is literally across the street and so, for this reason, the Courtyard works perfectly. In addition, the Courtyard is located within a close walk of the downtown strip of restaurants and wine bars in Santa Rosa. Room, staff, and other amenities were all fine, as expected.

Left something to be desired.
As a Marriot Rewards gold member, I've come to expect a level of service and amenities that were not provided during my family's recent stay at the Courtyard, Santa Rosa. This hotel is badly in need of renovation and is a poor substitute for the neighboring Hyatt!

Suggested restaurant list from hotel needs to include Checkers in Santa Rosa. Very good and fairly priced.

Great Place!
very pleasant staff and really nice rooms. Great location and really good price through [...]. we would stay again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this hotel. Also, the breakfast buffet is very high quality and, for $10, greatly supersedes the typical continental breakfast.

everything is a short walk, but Russian River Brewery is only about 5 blocks away and is a premier brewpub that no one should miss.

Good location
Stayed here with 2 children and having a number of various restaurants within walking distance made it a great location for us. Nice pool area, although we didnt use it. The breakfast was good and free for under 12's. Very close to the 101 and access to the numerous wineries.
