BEST WESTERN PLUS Garden Inn

I came with my 45 lb. dog to stay the night before an early morning job interview. The facility is located on a fairly busy street, but the rooms are tucked far enough away that it was a very quiet night. The rooms are clean and cozy with warm reds, browns, and tans for decor. I usually don't sleep well outside of my own bed, but I felt very comfortable and relaxed here. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great room with king size bed and large sliding door that opened up to a patio with pool. Friendly and accomadating staff. Shower could have been nicer.

Hotel appeard clean upon arrival. STAFF DID NOT VACUME THE SECOND DAY. Bed smelled like someone got sick and matress still smelled bad. Travel with a small poodle and was charged $15 per night for cleaning. Would have been happy to have paid the extra $30 for clean up from previous people. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only stayed there because it was near family we were visiting.

Easy check-in, able to check in late at night, very pet friendly, quiet location. Spotless room which was larger than expected for this type of hotel.

This highway is on a major roadway, and that would seem like a bad location. But it allows you to access all winery's and activities easily. As well, it is quiet and inexpensive and has beautiful gardens!! Loved it/

Check in was 2 pm. We were there at 3;30 and were told the computer was down and to come back in 30 minutes. On return we were given the keys. The room was unmade and full of trash. Walked back to office and was told to return in an hour. Came back in an hour only to find no towels. Had to chase down room service to get towels and was almost declined because they though I stole the towels. My bill reflected a "Tourist Charge" of $2 and a $10 roll-away bed charge that I was not advised o. The staff was unsure of the directions I was needing and siumply agreed making me late for all my appointments.

Nice place, but rooms are dated. But, rooms are huge too. Our room in the back of the complex was fairly quiet, as hotel is one the main drag.

Great size room with microwave and fridge. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Ate breakfast at on grounds Cafe, food was good and very fast and friendly service. Not having to find a place to eat was very nice. Only small issue was noisy air unit in room 141 but with all the other positives this is easily overlooked.

We liked the room that was set back from the road. It was attractive, with fresh flowers blooming outside near the pool. The breakfast wasn't included, but it was inexpensive and made-to-order. Nice, helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We stayed here about 6 years ago and the experience was ho-hum. However, it's obvious they've done some great renovating recently. The room was nicely appointed, and the bathroom, while small, was very attractive. Everything was spotlessly clean. I loved the fact that the windows open for fresh air - I hate stuffy rooms! Landscaping was nice. The bed was a bit hard for my taste, but that's common. We especially appreciated the fact that there are two pools - one heated (sort of) and one not. As the temp was in the 90's it felt great to have a choice of pools! Would stay here again. Al
