Cheap hotel. OK if on a budget.
All around cheap. Conveniently located just off the highway,on the worst part of town. I did not have the time to check around for others, but you can count on motel6 to be inexpensive and basic if you are willing to lower expectations. OK if alone.

get back on the highway south 2 to 4 exits is where the more decent dining is.

Quite bad
I along with my wife stayed at this place during our visit to Pismo beach during the busy July 4th weekend. We reserved this place for two nights but were very disappointed at the room and cancelled our next day reservation. The bed spreads were not clean and everything in the room looked old and the room was smelling bad. TV was antique - 14 inch I guess and the picture was very blurry. Consider other reviews before deciding to stay over here.

it was ok, the only thing I didnt like is that house keeping was being really loud out side while they were cleaning the other rooms.

Just Motel 6
It is your average Motel 6. Hard to locate off the freeway if you don't know where it is before time. Plenty of food nearby and fun mini-golf complex across road by the camp ground. Make sure you have all your toiletries but if you don't there are a few drug stores up the road a bit.

Okay stay
we enjoyed the pool.I would have liked to have clean towels in the room the only towel that was given to me was a wash cloth and that was after we asked the housekeeper after she walked bythe room.the rest of the towels never made it to the room.I was not very impressed with the service,but what can you expect from a place which doesnt maintain their business.

needed a place to sleep for the night, service was very slow and one of the keys to the room would not work, and i got locked out. house keeping also didn't knock and just opened the door. oh BTW the bed is so hard.

Think twice about this one
Found a flea the first night, guess they didn't really clean up after the last person (if you find one flea chances are there are more). Was traveling by myself and the clerk charged me for two person occupancy. And dont believe the "high speed internet connection" you'd be better off using dialup.
