Americas Best Value Inn

Hotel in bad location. Room was suppose to be non smoking, it smelled of smoke. This is not a hotel you want to stay in. It is not much more than a flop house. [*]

horrible, there were no bathroom amenities. we had to ask for towels there were none in the room. had to ask for soap which they had none and had to ask for shampoo that they had. would not recommend this hotel to anyone it was way overpriced for what orbitz priced it for and what the hotel was asking for which orbitz charged twinty dallors more then the hotel. it was just a bad experience overall

No air conditioning and no screen on the window!!! other than that the room was more or less fine and the people there were very friendly and helpful. All in all it was worth it to us but I wouldn't recommend it to someone else unless it was winter...unless there is no heat too.

Room was very small --- did not smell very well-- old bathroom -- Hotel was in old condition and needs to be remodel,-- updated !!!

The hotel describes itself as a quaint inn. This hotel is in a horrible neighborhood. This hotel is run down and filthy. When walking to our room, we noticed that there were people who appeared to be living out of the hotel were watching us as we brought all our luggage in. We found that the windows were cracked and were held together by tape, there were no screens on the windows, the room was a non smoking room, but it smelled horrible! The bathroom was filthy!! The floors of the shower looked as though it hadn't been cleaned for months. We were even scared to sit on the toilet!! Needless to say, we checked out a few minutes after checking in. We knew that if we stayed there, we ran a very high risk of getting physically hurt and robbed for all our belongings. If you have a family or care about your health and safety at all, please do not stay here. The price may seem reasonable, but trust me, when you actually see this dump, you'll wonder why they even charge at all. They should be paying people to stay there!

I was woken up at 12:00 midnight with yelling and cursing right outside my room. It sounded like these drunk men were going to kill eachother. I was very dissatisfied with this room and location and neighborhood. It was not worth a dime. I wouldnt reccomend this room to anyone. The room was dirty. The walls needed a paint job. There was a ceiling fan that had wires exposed. The pictures were screwed to the wall. The bathroom looked like it had 1958 shower and sink. The wall fan looked like something from the 50's. The border around the floor had paint spilled on it and it was and ugly brown plastic. The plumbing was exposed also. This was the worse night ive ever had in a hotel. Next time I will just drive around and find one on route.

THE HOTEL DID NOT HAVE AN AC UNIT NOR DID IT HAVE A SCREEN FOR THE WINDOW. THE SHOWER FLOOR WAS FILTHY; WE HAD TO USE SANDALS TO TAKE A SHOWER. THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS BAD; PEOPLE ACTUALLY WERE LIVING THERE ALONG WITH THEIR ANIMALS. THE SWIMMING POOL WAS GREEN,IT LOOK LIKE NO ONE EVEN SWAM IN THE POOL,VERY DISTURBING.

America Best Value was not much of a value at all. The rate was inexpensive, but it was very poor in many respect. No air conditioning, no heating, no screen on the windows, beds were hard, noise throughout the night, No coffee in the morning. This was a very poor experience in hotel accomodations.
