Customer Service was Terrible
The room was nice; I'll give them that but at $383.00 dollars a night, its something I would expect. Customer service on the other hand was terrible and I wouldn't waste my time or my money there again. Maybe that's why they filed for bankruptcy last year. I would expect when you call them and ask about early check in… they would minimally as your name to at least "pretend" to look up your reservation before they just say no. It might just be me, but when a guest is asking about early check in, I'd find the room they were staying in, and put a rush on the housekeeping…But again, that's me!!!

Will definitely come back
Our family stayed here two years ago when we helped move my son into the UCSC dorms and so when we were getting ready to move him into his new condo this was my first choice. The location is convenient and lovely. Having an onsite restaurant that is open past 10 PM is great (everything shuts down at about 10 or earlier!). My son and his roommates were happy with their room and the space they had. We had a little trouble with the bathroom sink, but the staff came quickly (and quietly) to fix the issue. We will definitely come back!

Friendly and clean. It took several request for a remote controle. Food not impressive, it seams the common practice to serve day old baked goods. had to request, again, for fresh.

Excellent...wonderful location
We visited family nearby...we did not have a car...business and food establishments were nearby... A map of the area would have been nice to provide...listing what was in the immediate area. I asked for additional coffee for mornings...and this was never provided..[a real bummer]...
