Free perks and a prime Santa Clara location lure value-minded travelers
The two-star Ramada Limited Santa Clara offers great value to business and leisure travelers on a budget. Free perks such as high-speed Internet access, newspapers, parking and a daily continental breakfast are as appealing as the prime El Camino Real location in Santa Clara near many high-tech company headquarters and Santa Clara University. Easy access to attractions such as the Winchester Mystery House, Great America theme park and the HP Pavilion make it a great choice for Bay Area residents on weekend recreational trips, too.

Spacious, new rooms
This motel is conveniently located on a main road in Santa Clara. The room I had was very spacious (could theoretically fit in 4 king beds) and furniture was new. King bed was great so was the working desk. Bathroom was older but kept clean. Added bonus was a fridge and microwave in addition to the iron/board. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast is included but more on the sparse side. Would go there again.

Global Nomad
Basic, standard, fine hotel
I travel to Sunnyvale a lot for business and am trying a different hotel each time I visit so as to find one that I like and that is good value. I have stayed in all different types of hotels. This was a standard exterior entrance hotel. It was fairly quiet and easy to get to. The room wasn't bad, but it certainly wasn't super either. I would rate the hotel as very average and perhaps good value for money. My only concern was seeing a first floor window that appeared to be forced open at some point and poorly repaired. I didn't swim in the pool and probably wouldn't since it is located in the center of a parking lot. If you are going to the Bay for business and want good value, then you will be okay. But don't try to impress anybody by going to this place.

pool was too dirty to swim in , the room was in poor condition, very little lighting in the room , this was one of those times that you couldn't wait to check out

Traveling mom
Great Night Sleep plus Pool
We stayed 5 days. The beds were VERY comfortable and I slept as well as at home. My children loved swimming, and I enjoyed having a selection of breakfast items each morning from the hotel lobby. There are only 4 small tables for breakfast, but we took our breakfast back to the hotel room and ate. I also enjoyed the location...just 10 minutes from the airport and close to eating establishments, grocery stores, clothing stores, and more.
