Great Value, Great Service
Used Hotle for Bay Area lay over to Hawaii. Staff was excellent in services. Location is good for San Jose airport , drives up 101 to the city, drive up 880 to East Bay or Wine Country or drives south to Gilroy/ Watsonville / Santa Cruz. Restaurant in Hotel was very good. All other restaurants nearby require a car. Best of all the Bar / Coffee Bar is open all night if you wake up on East coast time and need a cup of coffeeor croissant.

Amazing

First Time Stay
The hotel is gorgeous and our room was spotless. My only disappointment is that the room that was confirmed for me was not available when we arrived. (Non-smoking king). We were offered a non-smoking king for those with disabilities. There was no bathtub and the shower was for handicap assesibility. I missed my tub bath! It was impossible to run water in the bathroom sink without being sprayed with water as there was no basin...just a flat surface. We had to put a towel at the edge of the sink to keep from getting our clothes wet. Pretty but totally impractical sink! And there was no chair to sit on other than an office chair, probably to make room for a wheelchair. We missed not having a chair to sit in and a small table to enjoy our wine and snacks. But, all in all, we enjoyed our short stay. The view was spectacular!!

Great location with outstanding value
Awesome stay, received a great price and loved the Hotel. Staff helped reslove some noise issue with prompt service. Will stay again.
