It Is What It Is
Days Inn is not meant to be luxurious or fancy. It is plain. That said, you will get what it advertizes and the staff are properly attentive and sufficient. My bed was comfortable and the room had all that I needed. I suggest that for a short stay, where one's main purpose is to have a place to sleep at night, Days Inn is ideal.

The tip I am to give you fits no type in the dropdown, so I picked Time Savers. The tip: get plenty of sleep before you leave on your trip. Arrive well rested. Everything will seem much easier and better.

The motel has been remodeled with new furnishings which was nice. The rooms are clean,and spacious. The so-called "continental breakfast" was skimpy at best. They provided muffins that were cut in half,and provided only 1 of each of the 1/2 muffins! That was a first for me. The other annoying surprise was they demanded a $50 deposit when checking in. We noted a broken lamp shade and felt an urgency to report this so we would not be charged.This deposit was in addition to our already pre-paid motel cost. This was another first! They did void the deposit charge once satisfied the room had been undamaged during our stay.

Pleasant Surprise
Motel is well located and the room was large with great amenities. The furnishings were kitschy, but there was a comfortable bed, a pull out sofa, a flat panel TV and a jacuzzi tub. They offer a free breakfast which is very basic, but good. Unfortunately, I had some rude people in the room above me jumping on the floor. Numerous calls to the front desk did not help. They need to manage their guests better. Second night was better. I will be back.
