West Beach Inn

The room was clean and equipted with every thing we needed. the staff was excellect. Location whithin walking distant to restaurants and shops, and the pier.

This hotel is conveniently located right across from the beach and walking distance to downtown. Great access to restaurants and shopping. This is also a great location for a runner - you can run up and down the coast and you are conveniently located to an amazing track. The beds are comfy and the bathroom had lots of space. They had a wonderful wine & cheese happy hour each night and the food options @ breakfast included healthy options. The pool is great too! I will return for sure!

The West Beach Inn in Santa Barbara is a very nice small hotel. This property had been recently updated, with tasteful European touches in cabinetry & fixtures, pillowtop mattresses, nice comforters and extra pillows. Just accross the street from the beach, the location was walking distance to The Warf, the harbor, State Street, and wonderful restaurants.

Room was very satisfactory. Bed and linens very good, bathrobes a good touch Would stay again. Witin walking distence to most things.

Great location, directly across the street from the ocean. Rather than a typical hotel room, the West Beach Inn had boutique feel to it. Room was smaller, but tastefully furnished. Seem to recently refurnished. Beds were very comfortable and the large flat screen TV was a plus. Very clean, and the robes were a nice touch. Staff was very helpful in providing directions around the area and provided us with a map of the city. Within 2-3 blocks of State Street and then another 5-6 blocks east on State to reach most of the shops and restaurants. It's not a bad walk during the day, but might be a bit much at night. Overall, while the West Beach Inn is not inexpensive, I had a positive experience and would recommend to others.

West Beach Inn is well located with an electric bus @ $0.25 a trip / person running a limited distance along the lakeshore and into the main shopping area of Santa Barbara. Being more petite, the updated, modern sink was a little high. To have a well light room, all the lights had to be turned on. The staff could not have been more helpful!

The room was a great surprise, it was very nicely decorated, clean, and so comfortable. We have a great view of the Marina and the Ocean, Continental breakfast was offered and included fresh fruits and we also enjoyed the happy hour when they served wine and cheese. The staff was very friendly.

The location was great; near the pier and lots of eating locations. Very centralize location. Easy walk to the beach, pier and eateries. The room was small; but very comfortable and clean. I loved that the vanity was outside the bathroom; so you could get ready while someone showered, etc. The property looked great; small pool but nice; especially the hot tub. They provide wine and cheese nightly; along with coffee and tea. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They provide maps and suggestions for fun stuff, etc.

The West Beach Inn is very good located. We had a room with a view at the harbour. Very nice. We had a big terras, the use of the internet was free, the parkingspace was free and there was breakfast included in the price and between 5 and 7 PM Wine and Cheese at the poolsite and all day long fruit. Santa Barbara is very nice and luxurous. We did pick a very nice hotel, price-quality very good. Also a coffee maker at the room and chocolates and free water. There was also a free loundry space, so you could wash your rope free.
