Close enough to downtown

Great for everyone
This hotel really impressed us because of its cleanliness, comfort, and kind staff. Very well taken care place. Strongly recommend! Great Value! We were on a 10 day road trip, and this was by far the best hotel we stayed during the whole trip, including a 4 star in Vegas located on the strip.

All had a great time
Wife and two teenagers had a very nice time. Pool and jacuzzi were at right tempurature and soothing. Beds were comfortable and staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Great Deal
Didn't expect too much, based on the previous reviews, but we were very pleasantly suprised at how nice the place was. Very clean, large rooms that looked like they were recently renoveted. The staff was extremely friendly, and he knew my reservation by more than just my last name. He knew I had kids with me and suggeted that we go in the pool because it was heated. Very nice guy. Was a little far from downtown, to far to walk.

perfect for a backpacking trip
me and my friends got a really good deal for 1 night here. the room is big and clean. the carpet might be a little dirty but it's bearable and it's good enough for $58. i love their breakfast, fairly good coffee and good breads. definitely a good stop in santa barbara

Good but not perfect
We were surprised that for the breakfast, it's just two tables with some muffins. There is no bread and stuff to put on. But the bus stop is just in front of the hotel! And the hotel is near downtown. The rooms are really confortable. Good appreciation, I'll go there again but I know that I won't take their breakfast..

Short drive from hotel
There is the boat house on Andrew's beach. It can be expensif but very cheap to! If you go the sunday until the thursday during the happy hours (8pm-> ...)you can have a Ahi Thuna (they say small bit, but I promess you that it's not a small bit!) for 7.95 dollars! Awesome! It's just on the beach.

Old style motel, car lights into hotel rooms type of thing, walk in the room and small too much pinesol hominess. But they had a decent breakfast line, and good location so depending on how much you pay it could be a decent value.
