NIce Hotel

Traveled there to see a friend. The location was reasonable distance to Sana Barbara. The hotel was under construction but it wasn't really noticed. There was a really nice pond in the back. I really wished i had more time to sit out and enjoy it. When a hotel has so many amenities that you don't get to use them all, then that is a really nice hotel! The pool, jacuzzi and breakfast room were all good. I enjoyed those.

not my favorite motel

The room was clean but not cheery. Very old and dark, that includes the entire inside. Its not a hotel. No elevater and no help with luggage. The outside pool looked good and the breakfast was a nice surprise, lots to choose from and fresh. The bed was comfortable.

Nice hotel, good location

Nice hotel, very clean, updated furniture, beautiful garden and nice private patios. Short drive to downtown Santa Barbara and only two miles to Goleta Beach. We had a great time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only negative is the complimentary breakfast.. it was OK, but not that good.

ENOUGH FOR THE PRICE

My family and I stayed at this hotel, it was clean and the staff were friendly. The price indluded the breakfast, I want to mention that if you want to have breakfast go early to the dinning room otherwise is almost empty and will find nothing. One thing I did not like was the silverware they were plastics. It is time to think about a green planet. Thank you

Value for money

This was just a stopover for us on our way to Catalina Islands. The room was clean and well maintained. It was certainly better than other hotels in the same price range. Other than the fact that the breakfast was bit of a disappointment, it was pretty much an uneventful stay.

Fantastic place to just relax

Ramada is a great choice to stay in Santa Barbara. Is 5 min away from the airport and is pretty much near of everything. Is great if you rent a car cuz you'll save a lot on taxis. The service is great people were really friendly and at night they bake cookies to everyone. It has a good continental break and if you want something different there's a restaurant called IHOP in front that you can get food deliver to your room. It has good wi-fi connection and the rooms were really cozy and comfortable. I really love my stay at the Ramada.

Clean, great beds. Large rooms.

Santa Barbara can be quite pricey. If you have a car to get around this is probably one of the best deals going. The hotel is older, but everything was very clean and the beds, furniture, curtains etc were all new and neat. Cute pond with fish and a very friendly turtle. The walls are a bit thin, so bring earplugs if you want to sleep in. Breakfast nothing special, but the coffee was good and breakfast is seved late compared to other hotels.

Hidden suprise

Was very pleasantly suprised, as the rooms suround a very well kept garden, with pond, ducks etc. Pool area and tub were what you would expect from a much better hotel brand. The reception staff were more than helpful and always cheerful.
